If you can pay 1500. DOLLARS. A Month Why not Fall Back to a Motel and Save Uo A Down Payment for A Home of your Own. No Rent Increases. When You Sell you walk away with CASH
Cockroaches in Miami are no joke.. I’m glad 1 of them was honest. Gotta get in and caulk then hit the base boards with diatomaceous chalk (food grade) that’s the only way to get rid of them. Rats are a problem too
I'm telling you! I'm assuming their landlords or property management companies are very forgiving with the current state of the economy and didn't increase rent - I assume they just let people stay locked into their old rates. I'm Downtown and pay $3200 for a one bedroom....683 sqft lol but I do love my building and my unit so I won't complain.
most of them are grand school students, they don't pay rent, their parents pays the rent and the guy from italy he's for sure a rich guy the other girl with glasses and an old husband next to her, he's the one paying the rent lol.
I am leaving Miami once my lease is up in September. Currently paying 1200 for one bedroom. Landlord is currently renting the until two doors down from me for $1450. I know the market rate will go up even more. Not worth it. Stove needs to be replaced and not doing it as well as small plumbing work which is over $100. Anything under that I have to pay. Not paying a dime out of pocket for this place
I moved to Pembroke Pines, and bought a place, paying 2800 out the door, but 1300 sq ft in a safe neighborhood with million dollar houses. My last rent was 1200 for a 1 bedroom in south miamj in a ok neighborhood. Now that same apartment is renting for 1600 or 1700
Whatup - Miami Looks amazing. I live in Berlin. 15 minutes from the city center and I pay 580 Dollar for a 60 square meters duplex with a huge balcony and a park in front of it 🤟🏼😎
I sleep on the beach in key Biscayne for 2 bucks never been caught has showers grills and public transportation I work downtown and sleep by the lighthouse;)
Thx for this video❤it’s nice to know to average cost in these big cities that ppl live in. I was thinking of moving here but I might more searching for a cheaper city😅
I wonder how many of these people will be transient as jobs call more people back for hybrid or full time work. Also, if you are work from home permanent the massive rent increases might have priced many people out
Yah mad man Inna clean clothes!! If we are talking about 40 year Olds with 6 figure salaries... yes that's fine... but these are kids paying family home prices ... and we haven't even talked about food or electricity. Miami is overrated.
the minimum wage in florida it's $10 per hour, in los angeles minimum wage it's $16 per hour aside from getting more money in los angeles, most of the jobs don't pay minimum wage, they pay more, in miami it's the other way around.
God, if only all these people knew NYC lifestyle and rental market... 2 grand for a 1-bd near blue water-white-sand-endless-summer with palms and you call it expensive?! gurllllllll :)
those prices are the past now, not less than $3000 here in miami now, the governor it's getting sue because of this. minimum wage is $10 per hour and rent starts at $3000!!!!!

I’m in Miami Beach and pay $3200. No idea where these people are finding $1800-and in the 2,000’s…..
Thanks for sharing your input Sarah. Maybe they are not in the main part and more on the outer bands making it a little cheaper 🤷🏽♂️

For the young adults, live with your parents til your ready don't be ashamed!!
For many thats a privledge they don't have...
Yup… it’s different now
Hi, it would have been interesting to know their jobs to understand how they can pay such rents.
True
I agree, you should make a part two!

Cam definitely understand. Hope you find a better spot.
At these prices I swear to God no one better not complain about the smell of weed coming from my balcony.
🤣 🤦🏽

Fuck that shit I'm living with my parents to save up to buy property. Not gonna be a slave to a landlord.
It costs to live by the beach all over the world sweat😅
$4000/mo in rent!?
Crazy.
Should’ve asked where in Florida’s they lived because some of those prices are cheap compare to what I’m seeing online
Most live downtown miami/midtown/
Rents are insane
Yeah in downtown Miami.
@@RogerBStillz it has been getting that way for sometime

I live in Germany and I have to pay 615 Dollar for 80 qm. 😇😉
😦yikes
Rent down here is ridiculous. I used to laugh at NY rent prices but now we're not too far behind.
NY rent still bad and worse lol
@@RogerBStillz but how much money you get pay in new york??
@@christhedoc8689 no clue about NY. Iive in South Florida.
Wow, I'm interested in what jobs they have to sustain these ridiculous rent prices.
Lol yeah I should have asked them that
@@RogerBStillz well obviously that last chick is on a different hustle to afford 5’000 a month… ridiculous.

Some of those rates are still not bad. It depends on the size of Unit they are renting for the price.

All of these people saying it's expensive is so odd to me lol. In Los Angeles, rent for a 2 bedroom is $3,200/month. This is CHEAP!!!
Don't compare CA wages and FL...
the minimum wage in florida it's $10 per hour, in los angeles minimum wage it's $16 per hour aside from getting more money in los angeles, most of the jobs don't pay minimum wage, they pay more, in miami it's the other way around.
These prices don't represent the full scope of Miami. I'm Downtown and pay $3200 (with parking) for a one bedroom. A small one bedroom.
God, if only all these people knew NYC lifestyle and rental market... 2 grand for a 1-bd near blue water-white-sand-endless-summer with palms and you call it expensive?! gurllllllll :)
That sounds like NY prices lol Floridians not use to these prices lol
