The quartz colored dials have been discontinued for awhile now - blue, green, and red. Cartier didn’t communicate that they were limited releases, but pulled them from the market after a year or two.
You won’t find them on their website, but you might stumble on them from an AD or you could ask if they have one in the back safe. My local US AD has some in the back safe if you ask kindly and I stumbled on them in a recent trip in Germany. The only available quartz dial left on the Cartier website is the black dial.
I feel the same about the Tank: love it, worry about the wrist size. It works on you. What is your wrist size? Me 21cm.
