Anyone who has ever worked with messy resin, even in the comfort of a well equipped garage, can only fully appreciate the feat that this team just accomplished in the middle of the ocean swells at the top of a 95 foot mast working all the way into the night... Great Job, well done!!! Ich drück Euch ganz fest die Daumen, dass Ihr wieder voll im Rennen seid und zeigt, was Ihr wirklich könnt!!! (ich war einmal auf Mastspitze auf einem 12m Boot mit 17 m Mast, weil sich der Spinnaker verhakt hatte, 30min da oben bei wenig Wind und viel Wellen, das hat mir absolut gereicht. Aber was Ihr "da oben" geleistet hat, kann sich der Normalsterbliche nicht vorstellen!!!)

Selbst das zuschauen berührt mich emotional. Die Videos geben mir das Gefühl, Teil des Teams sein zu dürfen. Da ich selbst schon das höchst zweifelhafte Vergnügen hatte, im Hafen mit Klettergurt 16m hoch in den Mast zu müssen, frage ich mich, ob ich die Angst überwinden könnte, das bei Seegang zu tun. Und dann über Stunden hinweg zu arbeiten und sich festzuhalten. Tough, echt tough!

Der Kaleu im Uboot hat schon damals gesagt „gute Leute muß man haben“. Dieses Team ist einfach grandios. Zusammen mit dem Technikern und Konstrukteuren von Land aus wurde eine wahre Meisterleistung auf hoher See vollbracht. Das aller allergrößte ist für mich das Arbeiten in 28 m Höhe auf einem stark kränkenden Mast. Dazu kommt noch die unglaubliche Moral von der Crew getreu nachdem Motto gemeinsam sind wir stark. 🤗🤗🤗👍 Go Malizia und weiterhin viel Glück 🍀
