Ha. Literally just sat down and thought I’d check out your channel in more detail after making a big batch of my mums chicken curry which is a slight variation on yours. Used your Hells Flame Chutney recipe to accompany it! It was one of the few recipes I didn’t write down before she passed.p and it is exactly as I remember it! Will defintely be trying your pepper fry which was another one I missed but one of my favourites. Thank you Bridget so much for keeping our amazing food alive!

Thanks Bridget, this was a regular dish mum used to make for us. I have all the ingredients plus some chicken in the freezer so will make it this week because it’s still nice and cool in Perth.

Hi Bridget, have u heard of 'Toothcakes'? I would love to learn how to make it. My Gran used to make it for us on a cold rainy day in Babgalore😍

Hi Denise are you referring to steamed Dumplings ? We used to call them fairy tooth cakes as the finger marks on the dumplings resembled teeth. It was also made when a baby cut his or her first tooth

One more question Bridget. If I double the amount of chicken do I also double the spices?
