I ❤the sound of the "popping" of the muscles. From someone who suffers from shoulder pain for over 20 yrs. Sounds like such relief.

The popping comes from bones and joints not muscles

Either that or he took alot of painkillers or does alot if he's working but in pain.. I work construction and there's alot of guys in there mid 40s been working construction for 20 plus year's.. there backs there knees are a mess they just have boxes of painkillers in the van . But they still work hard guy had to get his knee drained filled up with fluid but some guys nearly 30yr manual labour takes its toll on there body's so they need painkillers to function but without seeing the painkiller strips or them telling me you wouldn't no .. this guy probably takes painkillers so he can work not be in agony

@@Carson-pv4hrafter i told the nurse how many ibprophen i was eating a day and her eyes got SO big, and whole heartedly asked me to never take even a 1/4 of that much in 1 day, i kinda just stopped taking them unless i can barely move my legs from the pain. Its a battle daily but i didnt realize how much pain i was in until Dr Ed took the pain away for a week. I cant believe 2 things. A, people dont live in daily excruitiating pain. And B i dont have to live in daily excrutiating pain like all the other doctors told me i would without unnecessary surgeries.

It's amazing what the body can sustain. It does what it can to protect itself, like muscle spasms or growing bone spurs. You mentally get to a place where you just function & learn to keep going.

I have never gone to a chiropractor in my 58 years, but, I have been seriously considering going to one with the pain I have been experiencing. I too have similar issues that this patient has. Thirty two years of working as a cashier has taken a toll on my body, mainly my neck and right shoulder. I'm a bit apprehensive though because I have scoliosis as well. You are very thorough and knowledgeable and take a genuine concern for your patient. I appreciate you explaining what is causing the injury and the analogies that you give make it more understandable to us people that don't understand the medical jargon. Thank you for the video.

I’ve had shoulder impingement because of a nerve for the last two months. Been doing tissue work in the shoulder, stretching, and trying to floss my nerve as best as I can. I dug a lil bit into a tight spot in my neck and did my best to floss that section of the nerve while watching this intro. I can’t explain how relieved I feel physically and mentally haha. I’d love to work with a chiropractor, though I don’t have access to one right now. I’m thankful I could learn something and improve my own situation a lil.

My wife has a "knot" on the side of her neck. It would be painful sometimes and be more swollen at times. We would massage it to no avail. Finally we got an MRI. It is an internal hemangioma, a ball of veins that actually has grown in her spine and to the side! We don't mess with it anymore, cause we know it will never go away.

What is the practice called of using that green tool you use to promote bloodflow/decrease inflammation? I've been to a chiropractor before and there they didn't really practice much other than small adjustments. Hence why I stopped going there. I feel like it never really made much of a noticeable difference.
I'd like to bring it up on my upcoming manual therapy though. Who are probably a little more muscle focused. And while I feel like it's both a muscular and skeletal problem I have, It's the muscles that probably can be adjusted the most, seeing as I have a weird ass spine that's going to give me structural imbalance no matter what.

how do i fix this if i feel tightness in the armpit/pecs area? i actually have been cracking myself for a few years now with success on the spine alignment, imo. my dowager hump is reduced. am i on the right track? is all that is left to do is stretching those ligaments? because i never really used my shoulders or lift my arms extensively throughout my life, so that is why i believe im inflexible there. always had an issue with streamline position in swimming, raising my arm, things like that. spine feels good, just the shoulders/armpit/pecs are tight.

Doc, I'm one of the probably thousands that wish that you weren't so far away and I would come see you in a heartbeat. I have a chiropractor now that I think of as a pretty typical chiropractor He does the basic job but But there's very little manipulation it's just cracking and done an average session is 5 minutes. I'm wondering again there are thousands of people like me wanting to know how can we get a chiropractor like you. Any chance that you could create a directory of those chiropractors that follow your method of really understanding the body explaining and most of all the true deep healing that you do from all the manipulation and scraping and various things that you do? I'm in Indianapolis if you happen to know of a chiropractor in this area please drop a line.

I have exactly the same problem he has. My Quiro asked me to use this device in my neck (the white one he put behind the neck).
