"Self CRACKING" Gone Wrong 😭 I CRACK A Jammed Neck In Just The Right Place To Fix Years Of Bad Pops!
Вставка

- Self Cracking is an understandable way to try and bring relief when you're hurting...but when done wrong...will really hurt you in the long run. When you try to crack your spine, most of the time you are only manipulating the area that is already loose. Doing this repetitively to an overworked joint actually hurts it and further imbalances your spine. To help this patient I spent a lot of time only targeting his atlas and axis. He needed an upper neck adjustment to release what years of self cracking couldn't get. His hyperkyphosis also needed a lot of attention. Gua sha, deep tissue work, and adjustments were all used to help get him back on track. Thank you for watching!

Seriously… who needs melatonin when you’ve got doctor Ed or his videos. To those who have both you’re blessed 😇
I love how well you educate your patients. You have so much patience and such a lovely way of explaining everything you're doing. You really respected his situation and made sure you helped to the best of your ability. I admire that, and appreciate your videos!
Thank you for the kind comment, and I appreciate you watching the channel! 💪
Realy appreciate your videos. Good with the explanation, when its possible🤙🏽//Alex Sweden
I agree. He's a great Dr!
This patient knew a LOT...Yet knew NOTHING !!!! Glad the Dr could help him get the proper treatment
I know hypermobility is caused from self cracking but still do it
💯💯💯
Get better soon, beautiful Hulkmania. I feel like giving the patient a hug after seeing the pain he is in in this video.
Dr Ed and his sister Brenda have the best chiropractic channels on UA-cam.
There is another sibling, Chiropractic ToTheMAX.
I didn't know they are siblings. Cool
The Elbow of the People, and the Knuckles of the Populace.
The double neck crack at 37:15 was spectacular
This was a particularly good vid. Great camera work, too. Shout out to Ms. Ed!
Glad you enjoyed it! 💪
Dr Ed just added quality/comfort to the patient's life.
Hat's off to you Sir.
I’ve had the SI joints worked on by a massage therapist and I can confirm it’s painful AF but does feel great afterwards.
love listening to dr. mac explain his craft. not only is he a master, he shows passion for his patients. his asmr voice is the cherry on top!
This pooooor dude!!!! Doc Ed is an ANGEL!
"You can go as deep as you want" lol famous last words
The most electrifying man in chiropractic entertainment, Doc Ed.
Yes he isn’t overly talkative like his sister…
@@Mojojojo335 i think its the opposite
@@AshleyAmber u think he talks more than her??
Apart from your amazing videos and work, I do really enjoy seeing and hearing the conversation between a patient who knows what they're talking about to a professional. It's like that student-teacher bond and that really comes through here. If you don't teach now (Aside from youtube) I hope you do some day.
We appreciate your dedication and hard work. Keep working hard.
That was tough 😱. Hard work for both. With every video we learn more about how our bodies should be. Thank you for teaching us every single time 👍🏻💪🏻🥰
Have a great weekend 🎉
That crack was so loud had to bring crazy relief dr ed is legit 💯
I appreciate how you take your time to explain everything in detail.
Best video so far!! Hope this guy gets better soon! Love your explanations Dr Ed, wish I lived in the states, chiropractors in the UK are very quick with no deep tissue work at all, you're in and out in 15 - 30 minutes maximum!
Thanks so much!
Majority in the states do not do deep tissue like this man. It is extremely rare. He’s an amazing chiropractor.
Aw, thanks for watching and for the compliment! 💪
Probably the adjustment I've seen so far. Awesome. Great job Doc Ed!!
♥️♥️♥️🇧🇷
Doc. McClaughlin w/the ultimate skill & patience while trying to explain.
SHOUT OUT TO THE CHANNEL! BIG UPS!!!!!!! 👌🏾💯😀
Thank you!
I have the exact same symptoms and similar stories as this guy, hoping to save up and come down to Florida to see Doctor Ed next year, awesome videos!
I need this so damn bad.. the relief I find just watching is insane
Goodness, I can totally relate to this poor patient. It's miserable walking through life so locked up.
Damn, u realy had to bring up your A Level for this guy. Im realy feeling releaved for him^^. Even when I see him and how hard his body "messed up", I always think "yo, what would you even say to me when I would lie there". Sadly we do not have someone with your Skillset in Germany :(
This was amazing!! I learned a lot just from this video
Thorough intense massage, really enjoyed watching
Go on SON! you handled that pain very well!
Wow this treatment looked intense! Hope this guy continues to see Dr. Ed and gets better. ❤ 😊
Yes he looks like he’ll need to and he’ll benefit from consistent apts with Dr. Ed
Hulkamania running wild! Great cracks doc
37:14 wow, that was insane haha
No pain , No gain💪
I love the shirt! Hulkamania brother!!
I felt that final neck pop.. good lord!
Would someone please explain the scraping to me? I don’t understand the need to break all of the capillaries like that.
Gotta do it right when it hurts or it won’t work you wait 1 minute even 5 minutes it’ll hurt for long time til it’s fixed even stretching will help this worse case I’ve seen too thank you very much for video
Ive never popped any joint in my body ever and im 62. My Granddaughter keeps cracking her knuckles 😮
I love his triquetra tattoo!
I wish I could come see you doc my neck and back are completely ruined for years now I know you can help. I think my atlas is twisted
This dude make the call of duty noise when you about to die 😂
Hulkamania vs. The People's Elbow!
That is what my neck is like. Cannot find a chiropractor to do what you do Dr. Ed.
if I was to get a scraper, how long should I do it on my own self? Like proper way and where I can reach?
He's the Bob Ross of Chiropractors. I like his videos. Does a good job.
The way he didn't tilt his head for the ear-thing
15:14 no ringer dingers 😂.
How do I find someone who can help in the way you do in the Bay Area California . Any recommendations?
do you do jujitsu? “i’ve done uh….” 😂just say no my guy. congrats on your road to healing tho❤❤❤
SCHOOL IS IN!!❤
ED IS THE BEST!!!!
how do you book an appointment with Dr Ed!!!!
i need this done
I can relate to this guy more than any video I’ve seen. I have been to over 20 chiros in Florida and never found relief. The longest I’ve been with one was 10-15min TOTAL and the most they have done is put heat, electric stem which I hate and adjusted me. How can I find someone who will work on me like this?
He’s based in Florida, I wonder how you can book with Dr Ed
My lower vertabrae I start self cracking after driving for hours on the job. I will stop now. It is a nice release but it does only last a couple of minutes before Im feel pressure again.
Where are you Dr. Ed need an appointment asap 😢
This is exactly whats happened to me. My shoulder is now all jacked up.
yeah when people self crack they tend to do it in the same way every time because they dont really know that you should be careful and only getting the areas that need loosening however if you know about it and know how to target different areas you wont get that issue (still better to leave it to a professional)
Don’t be afraid to go hard 0:16 😂
He sounded like me when I couldn’t move my right shoulder one morning somehow it was out of place for two weeks did it all myself I’m a runner myself so I feel his pain
DANG look how RED he makes his back HOLY COW!
Im notneven sure how he can handle that pain. I had deep tissue massage. The masseuse was working on the knots in my back, I could barley take it and this guy is going 10 times harder
He's such a cutie🥰
this guy is like "HURT ME PLEASE!!!"
The way he gets in there with the elbow reminds me of how the Asian ladies in the mall do a massage. Reminds me I need to get back in there.😂 I had a 15min massage with them and I swear it was the most work anyone has ever done on me.
Where can I get the tool you had the patient lay on?
Hi! Those devices are called dennerolls. To get the original you have to purchase from a chiropractor trained in Chiropractic Biophysics since they are made to be used under care for safety purposes. Thank you for watching!
How do I buy the neck thing at the 40min mark of the video?
The demoral form you want to get from a Chiropractor or sport therapist you need to be educated on how to use it
Everyone is different
Hope that helps ❤

Amazing session as always! By the way, does anyone know where i can get this neck stretcher/bender from at 38:50? Struggling with hypercyphosis aswell:/
I got a generic one on Amazon, there are lots of choices. I even saw one at TJ Maxx the other day
Do more research on this before buying, especially know the risks and to use it only after a therapist says you're ready. It is called a denneroll
His socks!!!
Them things been through it haha
I really want to see a chiropractor like you but there are so many bad ones out there! Any recommendations for ones in Melbourne, Australia?! Love your work 🙌🏼
I crack my own neck about 20-30 times a day it’s so hard to stop 😢
Hi! Yes, it really is hard, especially when it's become a habit! It's understandable if you're in pain, though 😩 Maybe try getting checked out by a local chiropractor to see if they can help you 👍🏻 Thanks for watching!
Miss the armpit digging for that nerve 😢
I’m so curious. What should a patient do after this treatment ? Soak in some Epsom salts? I’m imagining soreness in the morning but maybe it’s nothing compared to the pain he was already experiencing? 22:47
Plane ride home was rough
i wonder if Therapist and Chiropractors can get our hands and elbows insured.
Different experience when listening to the video
Dang I'm so jealous
I have a laundry list of bulging and herniated discs and accompanying pains. Currently suffering from herniated l3-l4. Year and a half out. Video appointment with a neurosurgeon later this month. My leg has withered by about 30%. Can't afford a chiro. C'est la vie. 😶
Can't afford $40???
had to turn the volume down on this one....
Hi
I am addicted to this video. I watch from 20:00-26:00 multiple times a day. It can get me to sleep so fast. I love falling asleep to the pain from the elbow. So satisfying.
I need to know how to find someone in my Area (=Vienna/Austria/Europe) that can do something like that.
Here we just get soft massages, some electrodes on the back muscles (??) and muscle exercises we should do at home. 🤷🏻♀️ (At least that is what health insurance pays for...)
also from vienna, the next best thing is shiatsu. google "shiatsu erleben". but getting corrections and muscle "injuries" by completly open them up like this, is not a thing. krankenkasse zahlt aber nix.
Dude screwed himself up doing an upright row and doesn't even know what it's called. I used to love those, but I saw that they are a shoulder wrecker so I quit doing them.
The one and only time I did it lol
Well, my Man is wearing the right shirt at least.
Was he really that bad?! Those reactions were scary 😮
😅
Why does his skin purple up?
That suppose to be normal on shoulders leading to his neck because that doesn’t look normal
I'm sure you get this comment a lot but you look and sound very similar to Clint's reptiles
Oh fudge he does... now i can't unsee it xD
Maybe the last thing he wants to do in that situation is to mouthbreathe?
Love your work. Also I like to have dr Brenda office phone number I leave in Canada
*Cant watch the pain this person going through laying there. Just cant. Sorry.*
Are we going to talk about the blinking eyes when he closes them?
hes cute
That double crack in the beginning. Sheesh
Get none off this in uk. Chiropractor's so lazy.
