This concert, 'BABYMETAL RETURNS' will be broadcast on WOWOW on March 25th, 2023.
WoWoW is a pay TV channel in Japan.
A blu-ray announcement for the full concert this video is from will certainly follow.
I'm going to have to disagree with you about the third throne.
The 'BABYMETAL BEGINS - THE OTHER ONE' concerts are coming up on April 1st and 2nd in Yokohama.
A new member will be announced at those shows.
Not an old member returning, but a new member.
Assuming she wants the job, Momoko is by far the most likely candidate.
Momoko has basically been doing the job for the last two and a half years. It's got to be her.

I was one of the very lucky kitsune that got to be there for the world premiere of the new songs. It was even more spectacular live than it is on video.

Epic has returned to the world. New album next month and new 3rd member announced on fox day. Life doesn't get better than this.

'Metal Kingdom' is the opening track on the album - so of course they used it for the epic theatrical opening number at their concerts last week.
The way the stage was set up - there was an east stage where the Kami Band were and a west stage where Su started here sitting on her throne (I think you spotted there were 3 thrones - and you have already been told about the news they teased at the end of the second show). Joining the east and west stages was that huge walkway with the audience either side ... two front rows and both of them really long - so many people could benefit ... and on that was the moving stage which travelled along the walkway and also rose up and down.
I understand Su, Moa and Momoko spent most of their time on the moving stage.
Nice reaction. Her majesties return to their Metal Kingdom. The stage in front of a live audience. An amazing epic way to start a show. The walkway with the lights looks like some kind of metaverse portal. Moa leading the imperial guard. The drone footage was done really well. So many hopes Yui returns. If she does that would be cool. However, it is unlikely. Announcing a possible new 3rd member coming April 1st. I hope it is Momoko. She deserves the spot. If so, they should give her a big ceremony. On Fox Day. Which happens to be April 1st. and they're doing a show that day. Woooow. yes, more shows coming. Babymetal found yet another way to surprise their fans with this opening.
Was worth the wait looking forward to the reveal of the 3rd member in April.
My 2 Ladies of the Sith, definitely giving me the Dark Side vibes with those costumes .... Darth Su and Darth Moa, Mistress and Apprentice... too bad their staffs don't light up, that would be cool. 🤘🦊🤘
excellent content fellas, Koba has never been above planting misleading easter eggs in the lore. I am 90% sure Momoko is the new metal born, I am not sure if a rebirth could be classified as "new" and the shows are being held in the hometown of both Momoko and Yui, A Mokobanger and the lyrics of BMD returning would be magical, but whatever they do is cool by me.
It has been nearly 5 years, Yui has moved on just as Su and Moa have, for all we know Yui is happily married with a kid living nicely off her royalties and has no desire to be back in the spotlight
@@chrisharris1522 how do you know that she has moved on?, Riho didn't stay gone, Ayami Muto didn't stay gone and they were both physically healthy when they left the business, and why would Yui's name be in the meta data for new videos DA, Monochrome and MK? I personally accepted the fact that she was gone and probably not coming back years ago, and her name wasn't in the meta data of "Starlight", but all of sudden her name is in the meta data of the 3 new videos.

I've been reading that those 10 'Apostles' on Stage with Su and Moa are all former Sakura Gakuin girls. Is this so? I know that it was confirmed that 2 of the 3 Chibi Babymetal were SG girls, Miko Todaka and Sakia Kimura with Kokona Kato an Amuse talent.
Oh we need someone to confirm this. If that’s so, then that’s a MAJOR Easter egg!!
It seems unlikely since there were only 8 Sakura Gakuin members in the final Nendo (school year) and Kokona Kato was already confirmed as one of the three young girls on stage for 'Doki Doki ☆ Morning'.
Amuse artist Lilliane Roy was spotted on stage during 'Metal Kingdom, and she wasn't in Sakura Gakuin.
It appears to have been a mix of Amuse Kids talent including Sakura Gakuin graduates, Ciao Girls, and Amuse Camp participants.

Hi guys, gotta say. IF Yui DID return, the crowd would not only erupt, but I can guarantee that over half of them would probably be crying in happiness too, like, legit crying. Nobody will ever forget that young woman, we all loved and adored her, just like we all love and adore Su and Moa. I would LOVE to see that happen, the reaction from the crowd would be absolutely insane for sure!
