Thanks Cat. I really appreciate how you included some quick mindfulness reminders at the end (i.e. mind body awareness and letting go of any frustrations during difficult yoga poses, etc.). So many yoga instructors forget to include the mindful -mental awareness part of yoga and I like when little bits of it are added like you do in your videos. Also, I'm a big fan of yoga strength videos, so thank you for those.

I so enjoyed this flow! The transition between warrior 3 and scandosana felt very natural and the table top thing was fun. Really creative sequencing!!

Thanks so much for posting these flow videos!I've never enjoyed yoga classes, but for the past month I've been doing your flows at home and am finding so much more gratifying than the HIIT I've been doing for the past couple of years. Question: Do you have any videos or can you make a flow that focuses on seated postures for meditation? I spend about 2 hours a day sitting meditation, and I'd really like to get more flexibility in the hips and knees and variety in my postures but I don't know where to start. Great moves that aren’t often done! I thought this was a fabulous class. One little piece of constructive criticism is that when you were leaning over in the inner thigh stretch, your breathing became very loud into the microphone. Just mentioning to keep in mind for future recordings. This was an excellent class regardless!
Is there any relations of the workout to Yoga? Classic Yoga is completely static.... no workouts at all. Even stretching is just a preparations for asanas.

Its was good but your microphone made your breathing far too loud!
That loud breathing reaaaallllly makes it hard to focus on yoga
Really enjoy your videos and the workouts but the heavy breathing can be very distracting.
