I stay away from things that seem to make me poop even more (I need to stop drinking coffee now). My issue is also that I have a large midriff/belly area. i'm not fat anywhere else. I just turned 63 and have been this way for a couple years. I hope to have more time to exercise once I retire in a couple months, as my job is extremely physical and taxing (I'm a pet groomer), and I'm exhausted, drained, sore on my days off. I was told by a nutritionist/acupuncture/friend that a big tummy below the bellybutton is caused by stress and above the belly is digestion issues. She also said pooping a lot is good and why I look younger than my age. In my case, looking younger is simply hereditary. My big tummy is above my bellybutton. She suggested drinking lemon water every morning on an empty stomach to detox. I tried that for a month. I'm still big around my middle. I have no real discomfort and I'm healthy otherwise except for being on antidepressants (lexapro). Should I get an MRI or can I simply do a deep cleanse and see how things go? Thank you.
I have the same problems as you. I am a 31 year old female with a bulging belly. I am not really that fat anywhere else. I do have higher cortisol levels I imagine with stress. I have 3 bms a day on average I think I should not drink coffee or have dairy for now. I am not a regular coffee drinker but sometimes I go through periods where I have it.

Why does any amount of alcohol send my gut into overdrive? Sometimes I go several times in a single drinking session. It's annoying, time consuming and inconvenient as I need somewhere with plenty of toilet paper if I so much as look at booze.

Nr. 3 for me, I cannot drink direct coffee (I would not survive in the middle East of Turkey, as I would be having a terrible time with unrelenting diarrhoea (Maybe even with embarrassing unexpected diarrhoea accidents in public as well!!!!!) I can interestingly stomach coffee ice creme, and mocha (within reason). But NO direct strong brew coffee, that would bring higher laundry bills to me! Maybe this is related to IBS-D, could IBS-D cause a sensitivity to dairy and coffee? (BTW NO bleeding has been present and NO black tarry stools either). Last thing: I am not old, I just experienced my legal adult year 18).
In general we in our "civilized" society go way too few times. Early humans basically had bowel movements each time after any meal and in fact, indegen people still do and probably are healthier for that reason.

I started taking psyllium husk flakes daily about 2 months ago. It really makes me feel healthy during and after movements. It makes me poop about twice per day: when I wake up, and around lunchtime. I knew I needed more fiber in my diet, but I realize now that I needed it a lot more than I thought. Another healthy habit I started doing around the same time, is drinking a lot of water. I think this has also contributed to better gastric health and better movements. I wish I could convince everyone else how much better I feel because of these habits. It has been a very very good choice in my life.

If blood check up and all normal ,dontworry about your problem, that is psychology issue don't think about. Anxiety and stress causes the issue ,try to forget you have the problem concentrate on other task ,day by day it will reduce.i have the same issue because I have anxiety and stress .Don't think about past and future

It varies for me whether I need to go twice a day or once every 2 days. Usually it's connected to how much I exercise and how much protein I eat. But needing to go twice a day is usually not a big problem for me. I do sometimes have a hard time recognizing my body's signals though, leading to me forgetting to poop for several days. I'm usually reminded by an intense stomach pain, which is eerily similar to period cramps. Which makes sense considering the uterus is kinda close to the colon. So it can take me a moment to figure out that the intense pain is literally just a dire need to go do number two lol. So far that always fixes the pain completely. Whenever I get intense pain of any kind, I have a list of simple possible reasons that I go through, and it's only when I've gone through that list (stuff like dehydration, tension, hunger, need to poop, period cramps, etc) that I start getting worried and consider going to a doc. So far doing this has always led to the pain being caused by one or more of those super common things.

I'm in similar boat. My belly is getting bloated by late afternoon and feel to pass stool. Its kind of hard to explain. It could be IBS due to stress, bacteria imbalance etc. I just live with it last 3 years and don't have any problems. Only downside is if you're a sport person, you will have to stick with some limited exercises.

My normal is once or twice a week. I am carnivore. When eating high density nutrition most if not all is absorbed and nothing is left to poop out.

No matter what, blood is never normal. I would recommend getting a doctor visit for this.
It varies for me whether I need to go twice a day or once every 2 days. Usually it's connected to how much I exercise and how much protein I eat. But needing to go twice a day is usually not a big problem for me. I do sometimes have a hard time recognizing my body's signals though, leading to me forgetting to poop for several days. I'm usually reminded by an intense stomach pain, which is eerily similar to period cramps. Which makes sense considering the uterus is kinda close to the colon. So it can take me a moment to figure out that the intense pain is literally just a dire need to go do number two lol. So far that always fixes the pain completely.
Whenever I get intense pain of any kind, I have a list of simple possible reasons that I go through, and it's only when I've gone through that list (stuff like dehydration, tension, hunger, need to poop, period cramps, etc) that I start getting worried and consider going to a doc. So far doing this has always led to the pain being caused by one or more of those super common things.
I just wanna ask if is it normal when I poop 2-3 a day but it's mushy? I had this problem a month ago and this coming august would be the 2nd month. I do not feel any pain, no bleeding but its very smelly unlike the solid one. I hope you can help me. Thanks
I'm in similar boat. My belly is getting bloated by late afternoon and feel to pass stool. Its kind of hard to explain. It could be IBS due to stress, bacteria imbalance etc. I just live with it last 3 years and don't have any problems. Only downside is if you're a sport person, you will have to stick with some limited exercises.

@@hamzawasim7040 I'm having the same exact problem as you, it's annoying, i eat high fibre, and do exercises a lot, and it's still happening to me! And many times i end up with bleeding in my anus!
Try to stop gluten and dairy it can avoid bloating

For me, there was blood on my toliet paper and it was pain once it got out, and my poop keeps regenerating fast.

What would be causing 3 to 5 poops every morning. Can't get it all done in one sitting like when I was in my 20's. Many smaller poops keep me home bound all morning many days of the week. Have you done a segment on this issue. Might be border line IBS but so far not diagnosed for that. How can I retrain for one or two larger loads in fewer sittings?

Man, I just had an issue where little balls came out then like a long, but it wasn’t solid. Then it was a solid and then it was diarrhea like all in one setting. I feel really good now, but that was the most painful session I’ve ever had in my life.
