Med student here Massaging is the reason for promoting blood circulation thus improving hair growth. The reason oil is used is to prevent extra friction and add moisture to your hair strands that will keep your scalp healthy . Even dry massaging your scalp will work well. And don’t be discouraged if you don’t see results as someone else. As a curly head, frizz is my biggest problem but eventually ive learnt to love them. Genes also play a role. Do a blood test to check for deficiencies leading to hair loss. For me it was vit d and low haemoglobin , so I started wit vit d and iron supplements . It helped. Consult the doctor first . Other reasons of hair loss can be thyroid prob, biotin def, hormonal imbalances, stress, poor diet, poor gut health . So address the issue accordingly and take care of your health . Focus on what your body needs and don’t just go buying serums and products in the name of helping with your hair fall. Start with the basics . Remember our grandparents didn’t use any of these modern products but yet had good hair . So start from the root and I’m sure you’ll see results . Be patient also

It definitely works I’ve been using fenugreek (great one), amla, and henna lately I started three weeks ago and I’ve already experienced major hair growth. I still have to try Ashwaganda, shikakai, neem, bhringraj, brahmi. Those are all herbs you can try if you’re experiencing hair fall. I’d do a patch test on a small piece of your hair first though to make sure you aren’t allergic. :)

Guys-I’ve been using amla oil since I was a baby too, and you don’t have to buy insanely overpriced brands like fable and mane. Amla isn’t that expensive. We pay 5$ for a huge bottle. Just an FYI.
I agree💯not sure why this girl is promoting such a ridiculous overpriced one. I guess she’s getting paid to do so. ALWAYS ABOUT THE MONEY! Can u recommend a good brand from the store..thanks!
@@sialee5926 for sure! If you have any type of ethnic grocery story or an Indian/Pakistani grocery store around you there’s a brand called Dabur and they’ve been making hair oil for decades, including Amla oil. I will say though that I find their quality isn’t as good as before but it’s possible it was just a bad batch. It’s still a good hair oil and I still use it and if I may say so myself have really long thick healthy hair. Even if you don’t want to use the Dabur brand, there are lots of other Ayurvedic brands in that section that are great to try. Mind you they don’t smell the greatest because they don’t add perfumes and stuff but it works. Lol please don’t buy fable and mane. Believe me you’re paying for their packaging and name and not the product which is barely anything anyways. Hope that helps!

although there are a lot of oils that can be beneficial, i honestly don't have the time for a lot of it. So I totally swear by one homemade oil that consists of curry leaves amla methi and flaxseed gel and occasionally applying the rice starch left after cooking rice. Being a student I don't have time for a lot of remedies but these ingredients are enough for healthy hair I just make a big batch of that oil that lasts me for 2 months nd when i have time I use flaxseed.
I know u say u put a few drops of I before bed but what about like those of us that don't have dry hair.....like my hair is the type that oils make it look BAD ....if I put oils I have to wash out (using it as prepoo) but as far as using oils and LEAVING IT IN......that just don't do for my fine hair....I have ALOT OF HAIR and is as long if not longer than yours as far as length ..but each individual hair are super skinny

Amla also smoothen hair. I have been using amla for past 2 months. My frizzy rough ass hair turned smooth.
I live in South Africa 🇿🇦 and we have a range of Amla products, my daughter has a sensitive scalp and was recommended to use it and it works for her fine hair have been using shampoo and conditioner and oil for her and we love it, growing so full and beautiful
It's funny that after a couple times 'amla' became 'alma' ..and she got us!! Funny!!
Are these two different oils? Alma and amla? I’ve seen alma being mentioned very shorty on a website, but when I looked it up, all I see is amla. Is this a mistake in typing or do they both exist?
Stunning! God bless
I'm an Indian but i don't have a healthy hair. I am facing a lot of problem because of my hair. I have to hear this and that from my friends and relatives. I tried many stuffs in my hair but none of them really work. I'm just 16 yrs old facing hair loss I don't know what to do.. I always think about my future like what will be the hair condition then. Tired of trying oils, shampoos and hair masks. I hope one day my hair really changes. 🙂

I just so love India about everything. It make me feel pleasure. I love culture , Bollywood movies, Bollywood songs and also food .l am so love India to you guys
I'm going through the same situation you went through in 2019 . I'm getting multivitamins and solutions for the bald spots n it's been over 6 or 8 months i can see mu hair grow back 🥺
It definitely works I’ve been using fenugreek (great one), amla, and henna lately I started three weeks ago and I’ve already experienced major hair growth. I still have to try Ashwaganda, shikakai, neem, bhringraj, brahmi. Those are all herbs you can try if you’re experiencing hair fall. I’d do a patch test on a small piece of your hair first though to make sure you aren’t allergic. :)
@@nicoleb6219 Please share the whole remedy that helped you grow hair ... Because i seriously need help and having a terrible hairloss for more than a year now...
@@anumjavaid713 oh gosh I’m so sorry you’re going through that. I use fenugreek the most, I make a hair mask and my hair mask consists of fenugreek powder, amla powder, honey, biotin hair oil(I got that from target), I use a leave in conditioner for moisture (I have type 4b hair so it need moisture not sure what your hair type is), Argan oil of Morocco (you can buy that at Walmart), I also use essential oils for the smell it doesn’t smell great, I wash my hair first then I put the mask in my hair and leave it on for about 30 mins to and hour and a half, and then I’ll wash it out again to get the smell out, I also have just tried fenugreek oil that also promoted extreme hair growth 😍✨. I hope this works for you!!
@@anumjavaid713 you can also UA-cam a few other hair masks like, aloe Vera hair masks aloe Vera is SUPER healthy for your hair, also avocado is amazing for you hair, you can do an avocado and banana hair mask as well. When you use the fenugreek hair mask make sure you target your scalp when you use these masks because that is the only living part of your actual hair 😊. Honestly natural remedies are going to be your best bet, and the healthiest. You can also try chébe powder as well if you’d like. Just a few other ideas.
@@nicoleb6219 It's so kind of you to share your tried and tested remedies so elaborately... I really appreciate it... Thank you so much.. Definitely gonna try fenugreek stuff now .. Hope it works.. ✌🏼🌸
Amla Oils are everywhere in India, just directly buy them.
Why is noone talking about how she sounds soooo similar to DEVI from nhie........😳
Because it doesn't matter
India is best in biology 😊
can you include link on where to buy in your description..thank you!!
i just saw a candid picture from our meeting earlier today and i can see my scalp from 4 feet... i know indians are known to take good care of their hair and i trust you!
Her voice and face. Just similar to soundous from Splitsvilla 💗😀
Amla and Fenugreek together or separate….Totally Awesome!! 🥰
You know di you're beautiful and smile is even more beautiful
Keep 😃
The hair grows by its self with or without treatment . No one knows the cause of alopecia aerate . I had it and i was given an option of steroid treatments or just being patient and avoiding stress and i was patient and it grew back
I’m sorry that this is a dumb question, but I am not Indian. I’m just white. Will this work on my hair too?
My grandpa applied coconut oil to my mom.. and my mom applied coconut oil to me... it's good too👍 indians have more than one way for hair rejuvenation ❤
Jatamansi and bringraj are king for hair loss.
Would you mind suggesting any any organic brands for these products please? It's so hard knowing what to buy with so many different brands. Many thanks in advance
Bringraj is mostly combined with amla and Brahmi with many of the hair care products
Awesome channel. I am starting to follow your advice. I have for about a month and I feel optimistic ❤
If dandruff is fungal based you may need anti fungal shampoo. Oils like tea tree and braggs apple cider vinegar (well shaken) can help too (apply to dry scalp, wrap with towel and let sit for 20 min then wash with gentle shampoo. Do this daily for 5 days then every other day then 1-2 days for maint.
Just curious, if your mom did this to your hair growing up, how come you lost hair and had dandruff? Seriously curious!!
I moved out of the house and stopped doing a lot of those rituals!
@@SeeratSaini thank you for the response!! You have beautiful hair, my hair is thinner now wish I can get my hair to grow back!!
A lot of us kids suffer from hair loss and our hair is not as good as before when we grow up and our moms stop taking care of our hair
I have the same problem
That’s alopecia areata. No matter how well you maintain and treat your hair, it’s can appear sporadically throughout your lifetime.
My hair used to looks like yours except for the hair color, unfortunately I lost it 🤷🏻♀️
Genes- good genes you can’t beat that
Is it just once a week? How often do you apply?
I used to apply twice a week
Depends on how often you wash your hair in a week, I usually massage oil in my hair and keep it overnight to shampoo next day. Once a week sounds fine
The thing is u don't have to go for any type of market based product ...make it at your own place at your home to ensure purity quality and no chemicals added ....the recipes of making one are available on youtube ...
I have a spot on my head exactly like you show in the video, please show you you got the hair and skin to be healthy again 😭
It does! Eating aamla is even healthier, but you'll have to consume it for about 2-3 months for best results
@@Mishi_1507 what about the juice ? Shd we eat the pulp too ?
@@blessed9491 yes u can consume the juice too(without pulp) it's equally benefiting
@@Mishi_1507 thanks n starting from tmrw 👍🏻
@@Mishi_1507 thanks will try
😍 I love Ranavat Hair Serum ❤ so many new baby hairs after 4 weeks
I had white things in my hair to, but they disappeared when I started to use shampoo 2 times every time I shower.
Which shampoo
I mix amla oil with Jamaican black castor oil infused in rosemary. It’s been my go to oil before washday.
Thank you lovely ❤️🪶💜🌹
Excited to try some
although there are a lot of oils that can be beneficial, i honestly don't have the time for a lot of it.
I totally hear you! I would just use it as a pre shampoo treatment and do the Ayurvedic head massage without oil! You can see my other videos on how to do those :)
@@SeeratSaini yeah girl I been watching u on here and I think TikTok too...I made me some rosemary water too ..and also some of that homemade lemongrass oil !!! Yes ma'am.....keep em coming
Make yourself and amla tea add a few drops of clary sage. Clary sage controls sebum
I think oil type does not matter as long as you massage your head before sleeping cuz I used to do it too and trust me I had the best hair back then. I realised it's benefits when I stopped doing it and suffered from great hair loss . Now I am trying to do it again but forget to do it regularly 😅
Thank you. I have alopecia and will definitely try this
How was the process?
*Dabur Amla from in Turkey* 💚💚💚
