I always wonder what determines the Charbydis encounter. I never get him anymore and go straight to Eris most of the time. Which i find weird cause Char was a pretty frequent part of the surface fr my runs, sometimes i forget where he is surface or underworld.

@@stevenneiman1554 Would also solve the issue of getting seline in the first room... Since I'd just fucking quit and try again.
There are many possible options. If we get something, great! But if not, I don't think it's the end of the world really.
Nothing silly about that, everyone hate the fact that we need to die to get new seed, the simple solution is that when you give up, you get a new seed instead of keeping the old one! And add a restart option to go back at the start of the run or to the hub with the same seed 👍

It would deactivate the keepsake, white antler, which gives you high crit chance while you have no more than 30hp.

@@Dentei3 I would strongly suggest removing the health and armor modifiers and start running with a timer. If you're looking to eventually push past 32 fear, you'll need a timer regardless. Timer helps you learn how to be efficient with your room clears and how to optimize your damage, rather than dance around and try to dodge damage. It can be scary at first, and you may fail a few times, but in my opinion its worth it.

Each run's RNG is only changed on death. If you quit midway through a run and go with the same setup, boons/items will be the same.
And that´s not like, wrong by itself, but since you can make a plan instead of having the RNG element it´s a different speedrun category
Pretty sure he's said it several times before, but it's so people know the run is legit and not seeded
@@prronce This is 100% false. The first and second chamber rewards are set, but if you get halfway through a run and abandon it instead of dying so you can start again, the run will go differently very fast. Things you do during gameplay affect what room you're going to get. Even in the starting chamber you'll get different enemies or whole different boons if you change your trinket.
I mean cool video, but I don’t understand the point of speed running an unfinished project.

Hmm this is the first gameplay I have seen of Hades 2. I played a fair bit of the first game. Got 100% of the Xbox achievements. Why does Hades 2 looks like a discount Hades? It looks so bad?
