I have over 50 clips of battlefield 1 saved on my computer all just as cool as the next from 10 players storming an objective to two planes hitting eachother mid air this game is so awesome and i hope it never dies
Yeah. The sound design is ridiculously good in this game, ridiculously, ridiculously good. An operation can yield the most realistic, grueling sounding war you can find. At any point you can stop and listen and be transported into the war. Screams, whistles, explosions, gunshots. All at once in your ear, planes flying close overhead. Ridiculously awesome especially when compared to 2042 and other titles
I redownloaded the game right before the big sale. The servers were still surprisingly active and I was able to get some good full 32v32 games in. But then the sale happened and I was able to get into so many more lobbies and it’s great to see one of the best games of the 2010’s to get a revival of this magnitude.
Awesome video! I was never a big Battlefield player, and could never get the skill down. But BF1 is still a game I hold in VERY high regard, and your video captures that brilliantly, along with being entertaining!
Glad to see more coverage on BF1. Very well edited and I enjoyed seeing the passion in your voice. You cited some incorrect information when comparing against BFV; they both have conquest modes and they both have operations (BFV calls them "Breakthrough" and "Grand Operations"). The more time you put into BFV, the more you realize just how much the initial backlash ruined the momentum of the game. It's easy to watch videos from content creators and base your opinions off of their limited perspectives (especially if they played the game for less than a week or were influenced by the social-media-opinion at the time). Having thousands of hours in V and 1, I can say they are both incredibly good games. The only unfortunate part of BFV now is the amount of cheaters and toxicity when playing on PC. If you haven't played BFV a lot in the past, I would say it's just as fun as 1, just a bit less atmospheric (but the gun play and feel of the game makes up for it).
You found the words that capture my feelings at the end there , i just wanted to have fun and came back to bf1 . No more sweating in toxic competitive games that become less and less fun with time. Bf1 feels incredible !
Great video dude! A really refreshing game especially in this series and in the era of microtransactions which has poisoned what games were originally about; fun. So glad people still play and still keep this community alive!
Played a lot of BF3 and BF4, BC2.. Can't lie, the shitty marketing made by DICE made me not want to play this game or BF V, but holy crap I played this one this year for the first time and damn, the sound and graphics are really, really great for a 6 year old game
I remember years ago buy it and play the campaign basically go nuts because as you said it's cinematic, violent and epic with big vehicles, perfect inmersión and a lot of detail... THATS WHY I HATE PS4 PLUS SERVICE. In that moment I didn't know that I have to pay monthly to have the online and thats sucks because in my country it's hard to have USD over the time, inflation and other things that screw up every intention of online service here, F*CK! (It's hard to explain but the prices of everything related to tech just skyrocketed and things that used to be cheap became expensive like online services and pay monthly in a currency that scarce)
I finally pulled the trigger on 2042 last week and it's really not that bad. Yeah there's glitches, the maps aren't super memorable as with the past few BF games and they fucked up classes BUT the game is ALMOST worth playing.
No it’s not fun when you’re playing Italy when the the austro Hungary’s hinding in the stupid bunker. Then once you Clear it out. You have to do it all again. Wont be able to make past that since there’s no flamethrower or vents where you can through gas there and gas thim out or kill them out a little bit. Besides that one part best game ever. When I’m a attacker on this map. I sigh and happy. Cause it’s so fun once you git to the castle. And you breach the fort by going in the bunker door on the side as the other squares breach through the doors.
I dunno. I didn't play enough bf1 to properly compare it, maybe bf1's map roster measures up. And I don't doubt that bf1 had a lot of great flavor, style and good weapon feel, I did enjoy playing it when I did. --but I do think both bfbc2 and bf3 boast the strongest map rosters in terms of quality and quantity by far. A big part of the descent into mediocrity for today's battlefield games started w/bf4's meh/gimmick maps compared to bf3. But maybe bf1 bucked that trend--not sure.
yea.. trying it out for a little bit. Found that a LOT of people who first find me don't exactly know what to make of "brdngrg" and some even end up saying the BAD word when you try to pronounce it
lets be clear, it is not the best BF, sorry, BF4 is the pinnacle, BF1 is after it, it is really good, but is quite simplistic overall, and random bullet deviation is just a curse, every else is pretty darn good. you can see they focused on the project and delivered.
Honestly its unfair to compare em, ones a WW1 game and the other is modern. If you like one setting more than the other youll like the game that is set in it. Ive had more epic moments in BF1 but i played BF4 more.

Then I'm doing something right if you still found it entertaining! Definitely give bf1 a try, i think it's only $5 rn on steam!

Came back to this. I played BF1 again and it was awesome. The gameplay and soundtrack, perfect. 5 and 2042 were a major step down.
Glad this video is getting love again, it’s honestly my favorite
I got this game with my Xbox. Never stopped loving it.
looks like the game is worth it, i wish i would play it back in 16
People never look at goods of battlefield and assume 2042 is all to it.
yea after this game the series took a HUGE hit

yeah it's just reallyyyy boring for me. There's not enough stuff in the game

i only played BF1 singleplayer, but tbh i didnt enjoy it. too slow TTK, and not enough trenches (especially in the multiplayer vids ive seen)
Well it wouldnt be a fun game if you had to stay in trenches for almost the whole game
@@scoutwaffle6125 tbh, i reckon i would of liked it. (assuming each match was like 1hr-1hr 30mins)
