Hey Karebear! That was sweet of you to have your nephew William over for burgers and it's so nice that he loves to come and visit for dinner. Those ice cream sandwiches are good and Butters loves them as well. It was cool to see you making the pumpkin pie, but sorry that it didn't set that well. I want to get some of those hand sanitizers! I like how little those are and convenient. The pie maybe needs a little longer. Then let ur fully cook before cutting open. That’s what happened with mine that i made for thanksgiving, bet it still will taste so good though! Mine did! 😊

I always have to bake my pumpkin pies way longer than the recipe says. We like the recipe on the back of the Libby’s brand pumpkin purée. I also put foil around the edges of the crust so it doesn’t burn.

So when it comes to oat milk the reason people say it isn’t that healthy is because it causes insulin to spike in the body. I am not diabetic but I wore a glucose monitor for a couple weeks to see how food was affecting me and sure enough the oat milk spiked my blood sugar quite a bit. I don’t drink it anymore. High insulin over time causes diabetes.

Yes I undercooked it. I cooked it longer when I came home and it was fine.
No it's not suppose to be gooie. Definitely need more time in the oven. The color was off too!! Maybe it was the camera. It's suppose to come to room temperature. Pumpkin pie is my favorite. 😋
