I miss seen Andrea !!! I would use the cup for water 💧…. When you use the castor oil Becarful it might stain your clothes, and magnesium really helps with sleeping Jaime and I use it it’s a lotion we rub it on our feet and legs 😊

A full blood work up would have told you everything the hair folic lady told you. Just a small tube of blood at a doctor's office and request a full analysis and a urine sample. I had one done a few weeks ago. It's covered under insurance if you have health insurance. If not is still cheaper then 200$ ❤ I found out what vitamins I'm short on and that my heart is stressed so I need more rest etc. but all my other organs checked out fine. I do this testing every 6 months with my doctor.
