I just traded my Mercedes GLE 350 4matic for the Reserve 2 in red carpet with the hybrid CVT. I drove the new 450 Mercedes, the Lexus 350 H, and the BMW x5. If you want sport, buy the x5. The Lexus is smaller on all specs and has a 250hp engine. I found it loud and slow. The Mercedes 450 is not a hybrid, so you are still getting 19 a gallon around town. All cars use premium gas. I love this Lincoln. It has power 310HP with a hybrid. It is beautiful inside and out. All the tech stuff is included on the reserve 2 level trim. But wait, I am driving a Lincoln? What? Also, when you need service or something done to the car, the dealer brings you a loaner, picks your car up, and delivers it back to you for 4 years or 50000 miles!
Ok, here are my thoughts having driven the Reserve III hybrid. First, this vehicle does not have enthusiast pretensions so throw that out right now. What the Nautilus does do is cosset you in refinement with a smooth, non fussy demeanor. Very supple ride and I disagree with Mike on the hybrid engine. Our test drive provided plenty of passing power with three people: me, my wife and the sales rep. No issues. This is not a BMW X5, but then again this is also not as expensive - although close (within $6-10k US). The seats and the stereo in the Reserve III are wonderful if that matters to you. The two tone paint comes with any Reserve, you do not need the black out package. I recommend someone test drive for themselves before coming to a UA-cam inspired conclusion. This is not for everyone but for the right buyer a great vehicle.

Not as good of fuel mileage but WAY more features and luxury for way less money and decent tow ratings. Hands down.
And note, the exterior door handles are NOT like the Range Rover Velar's. The Velar door handles recess into the door and are flush whenever the vehicle doors are locked (including while driving). Hence, you wouldn't see them in your review mirror.

The door handles are amazing. They're the same from the Continental. Apparently you've never seen that car or else you wouldn't have been so stunned by them. While the look of the rear wiper being tucked under the roof spoiler is more aestheticly pleasing, it's bad in use. Too much gloss black plastic in and out. While novel, the instrument cluster/top dash kind of blocks view out over hood. TBH? powertrain not that impressive. Style? sure...Not a bad vehicle, but not a great one either. Thanks for the content.
Apparently reliability means nothing to you? Lincoln SUV series but been one of the most unreliable on the market today. And a turbo charger on a four cylinder engine? Good luck that getting anywhere over 100k miles without major leaks and expensive engine problems.

i hope and pray the red on the inside of the door when its open is for the driver to see that maybe the door isnt fully shut. If you dont see the rest of the vehicle and you need little lights around the front to tell you theres a car that somebody might open the door of, you need to sell your car and forfeit your license.
Hang on let me try again. If a passing driver needs a cute little red light to see that there is a car on the side of the street that a person might be getting out of, instead of seeing there is a car on the side of the street, we’re failing as drivers. If the driver of this car can just look at a little red light to see the door is not fully shut, instead of walking back to the car to check because sometimes you just can’t tell, then the red light in the door doesn’t upset me.
LOTS OF ISSUES GUYS.... PLEASE BE AWARE.... I have a 2024 Lincoln nautilus and already there is a bad rattle coming from the back of the vehicle. Took it in and Lincoln says they are aware of the issue but dont have a fix for it right now. Half the dash has went out just by going into an app. Sound on a phone call is very distorted
Nice looking car, but too much money for an underpowered car. Should have a V6. And that small steering wheel is ridiculous. I may buy one but I am disapointed there are no fog lamps.
Seems to be the trend with most manufacturers.
Fog lamps are going the way of the cigarette lighter, ashtray, and CD players in cars. Fog lights are obsolete in vehicles with modern adaptable LED headlights.
Pretty cool car. Cadillac seems to only be able to make cool EV’s and not ICE.
Great review
Less power than the previous v6 but double the price...sounds about right. Less performance for more of the consumers money.
someone here can tell me if in canada the Nautilus 2024 got the seat massage ? i can see it on usa website and video on youtube from usa but nothing on canada website thanks alot
Not enough screens
Lmao what??
Toyota over Ford any day. It will be in the shop for everything.
Lost me at “made in China”
Would love to have this. American manufacturers have chased the Europeans when it comes to driving dynamics, and vehicles are awful now. There are no more good riding cars that you would want to take a 500 to 1000-mile trip in anymore. Seats are too hard to be comfortable. Suspensions are horrendous, and power now is non-existent.
Ppl buy Lexus mostly for reliability. If this 4bbanger goes out or needs major maintenance at 100k miles, we dont want it
Cancel your Lexus; you’re right, I *would* prefer exorbitant maintenance cost over quality manufacturing/reliability. Great advice!
Too much gloss black plastic in and out. While novel, the instrument cluster/top dash kind of blocks view out over hood. TBH? powertrain not that impressive. Style? sure...Not a bad vehicle, but not a great one either. Thanks for the content.
Talks about the sound system
Apparently reliability means nothing to you? Lincoln SUV series but been one of the most unreliable on the market today. And a turbo charger on a four cylinder engine? Good luck that getting anywhere over 100k miles without major leaks and expensive engine problems.
This should be an EV with the same design.
Ford is definitely moving the needle with the new interior - stunning. Way underpowered though.
LOL @ Lexus RX - where "reliability" is code for cheap maintenance. Is that your king?
should have started with the USELESS towing capacity so I didnt have to watch 10 minutes to find out Ford made a luxury suv that couldnt tow my grandmas cat out of litterbox. GARBAGE!!!
i hope and pray the red on the inside of the door when its open is for the driver to see that maybe the door isnt fully shut. If you dont see the rest of the vehicle and you need little lights around the front to tell you theres a car that somebody might open the door of, you need to sell your car and forfeit your license.
HUH???
Needed to see this thanks.
Did they resolve the problem?
I’ll take the Lexus any day
Looks great but even without looking up the vehicle online, i'm going to guess that they're probably priced out of market (typical lincoln)
Beautiful intro ❤
Beautiful car. Underpowered.
Okay 👍 package.
If i can afford Gx I’ll cancel my Lexus Tx😂
Nice looking car, but too much money for an underpowered car. Should have a V6. And that small steering wheel is ridiculous. Rear wiper, while it gives the rear window a clean look, will not be as efficient as if it was placed at the bottom of window. No handle on the headliner above the drivers head is unacceptable in a wannabe luxury car.
Door handles up there? Yeah no thanks, we're good on this one
Lincoln blew the budget on huge screens and fancy lights, then had nothing left to spend on the engine. What a terrible decision.
