My auntie got me into buying from charity shops I've found some super things from Disney ornaments to Ted Baker bags and my half my wardrobe now she's passed I still shop in them I think she'd be happy I've kept our traditional trips up 💖

As a long term sufferer with anxiety, I’d say that what you’re experiencing sounds like palpitations. I get these often, they’re a side effect of anxiety. Even if you don’t feel anxious it’s common to get them. I’d mention it to the doctors though to ensure all is well 💖

OK so that puzzle you picked up in the charity shop. ...it actually bought tears to my eyes. It was my absolute, number one favourite toy as a child! I used to do it over and over again. I always wear rash guards when I'm out in public places. I'm super pale (and actually have PMLE) so people tend to write it off without too many questions; truth is, normally I'm okay with minimal exposure and the right sunscreen but the sleeves just make me feel better. Now in warm climates I actually wear them all the time but that's because I don't want to have a reaction on vacation lol.

I sometimes get that when I'm laying in bed and start thinking about stuff that makes me nervous or maybe even uncomfortable. For me it helps to focus on nice things (I'm a runner, so I think about running on a nice trail lol) and that really helps!
Well done for going on that weekend - I think it’s the kinda thing you could easily dismiss as “urgh a bunch of other influencers who will likely have their own cliques”...or make other judgements about how it’d go. I bet it was nerve wracking to put yourself out there in a different way (hope that’s not a bold thing to just assume about a total stranger, just imagining that’s how I’d feel!) but you just had the best attitude and seemed so confident and up for it. Such a posi role model as always x
