  • Building a set of simple, shaker style cabinet doors.
Building cabinet doors doesn't have to be intimidating. In this latest video in our series documenting the process of completing a large builtin project we share our process for building cabinet doors.
We covered the material prep in a previous video so here were starting with material that's already prepared and cut to length.
In part 1 we are primarily covering cutting the grooves, and the joinery.

I've made 29 cabinet doors and drawer fronts and thought I may not learn anything from this video. Turns out I did. Great video.

I wish I had watched this Friday night, and not Sunday. Fought tear-out al weekend. You need a Castle pocket hole machine. With 3k subscribers, wouldn't hurt to ask for a demo unit.

I like the groove chamfer detail. I might give it a try next time. Worth the price of the video.

Climb cuts work better for metal so why not wood, A nice power feeder would make sense if your to do this all the time! Nice Job!!

It looks like the tounge and grove are not equally centered? Is this better?

i unno a about this one, running the pieces on the bit backwords seems very scary. I do like the chanfer you gave them, for some reason door makers here leave them flat to the panel and it kills me
