Job experience is a crucial factor for college graduates, as companies worldwide generally prefer to hire individuals with prior work experience. I have doubts about top graduates because they tend to memorize very well. What other skills or qualities can they demonstrate?
I was really suprised at their responses for how much they they wanted to earn for a satisfied life. These kids are saying 10,000-20,000+ RMB a month, which is not that much at all!!! If we convert that to hourly USD wage. That 10k-20k range is almost exactly between federal minimum wage(7.25/hr) to Massachusetts minimum wage(15/hr)-- and this is assuming 40hr work week. If their bosses ask for 996, 10,000 RMB a month is around ~$4.50 usd/hr
What you may not know is that in the most developed city in China, Shanghai. The median salary here is 6500 RMB, But thanks to China’s price level, 10,000 RMB can do a lot of things😉
@@KK_China That is a good point! Either way thank you for these interviews! It's nice hearing how real everyday citizens think! Do you think you could do a video about how people feel about the housing market?
It‘s currently difficult to find a job, and the Chinese government has stopped announcing the youth employment rate since last year
This is such an interesting and needed video. I hope it gets more views
