Man, I was thinking about changing my Zoom UAC-232 for an Apollo Solo, pinching pennies (savings aren't there yet)...and now I'm having second thoughts about it because of your video, haha You have my thanks and my follow
far better than Lewitt themselves ❤ Please explain more on channel 1 to 8 as I can’t understand how to utilize these software channels as I see only out12 and 34 are working…
I'm a streamer/youtuber. I have a question about the amaster mix Maximizer. When I use it, all my audio ends up having this kind of airy, like it's not double but it feels kind of like it is. I hope I"m describing it well. But it doesn't sound very good. The sound feels/sounds cleaner and clearer without it. Am I messing something up ?
Could you do a 'Connect 6 for Dummies' version? This is, without a doubt, the best video I have found on the C6. However, I am a complete idiot when it comes to this (well when it comes to most things, actually). I don't even know what a DAW is. I think when you're an expert in something, it's hard to explain your subject to newbies.
Have you tried out the Presonus Revelator io 24? I was curious how you thought it compared to the Connect 6, the io24. I immediately like the difference in inputs options and the positions on each interface.
I wish there was something between the Lewitt and the Apollo. What is our option as VO? Is Antelope Audio Zen Go any good? Maybe if Lewitt did a more Pro version, but don't see that happening. They are chasing streamers.
@@JordanReynolds As you stated the Lewitt is a little harsh on the upper end and that buttery sound was so nice. But I run Windows and Apollo does not like Windows.
@@monty671 Ah, so it's not features you're looking for but for better fidelity/preamp quality. Yes? In the $200-400 price range - I'd guess that the SSL2 probably may have slightly better sounding preamps than the C6? Also consider the Audient ID4, ID14, UAD Volt. All have way less features than the C6 but MAYBE a bit more fidelity in the preamp department?
Hey there. I’ve tried multiple times to put your presets into my control center and it dosnt show it to be in there. I go to the folder and they are there. I quit the program and relaunch not there and even rebooted. Your presets still do not show up. Any suggestions.
@@goodknightvo can you try making your own preset, saving it. And see if it shows up in the folder I referenced in the video? If it’s not there, then try searching your hard drive for the name of the preset and see where Control Center is saving it.
@JordanReynolds I have the same problem, I saved a preset and went to look for it and it's right there with all the others, but they don't show up in the cc, only my saved one 🤔
SIR PLEASE REPLY ME I have great problem of background noise, i am from india and we also cannot switch off our fans so wanted to ask you sir: CAN WE USE AUDIO HIJACK TO APPLY IZOTOPE RX 10 VST NAMELY "RX10 VOICE DENOISE" ON AUDIO FROM THIS INTERFACE THAN ROUTE AGAIN INTO LC6 SOFTWARE THROUGH LOOPBACK SOFTWARE THAN ADD OTHER INBUILT DSPS OF LEWITT C6 ON TOP OF THIS VST I USE MACBOOK PRO M1 WITH 16GB RAM---------WILL IT EFFECT LIVE MONITORING LATENCY OR CREATE SOME OTHER PROBLEMS SIR ????? Can we use it for podcasting and can we expand it using any IO on it for future four person podcasting using any kind of mic input expansion ????? Can we connect any IO on it directly into camera or suing any adapter for direct recording into camera and can we bring guest using call like we can do both on FOCUSRITE VOCASTER TWO ???? THANK YOU SIR FOR THIS AWESOME VIDEO AND I APPRECIATE YOU FOR THIS BEAUTIFUL WORK MANY REGARDS.
Rely on for what exactly? A home voiceover studio? Absolutely. Taking it on the road and recording with it daily...maybe not? Maybe something more rugged would be appropriate?
Thank you Jordan, this helped me loads! My audio sounds so much better with the Lewitt.
Keep up the great work! 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Amazeballs! SO comprehensive. Audio Master Class masquerading as a practical in-depth review.

Update: Ended up getting the Lewitt.
Thank you so much for this video! Helped a lot to get my settings right
Thanks for the insanely detailed and honest review Jordan!!
Very informative and helpful! Thank you so much!
Better than any review !!!
BORN AGAINNN
Definitely more warmth through the Apollo, but the Lewitt is awesome for that price.

@@JordanReynolds what about presonus? I'm looking for a good preamp interface, and the budget is between 200 and 300.

I bought mine. Audio sync issues with Samsung 24 Ultra. Some apps don't recognise it.
@@niharrangoonwalathepeoples3662 That’s a bummer. Be sure to hit up Lewitt support if you haven’t already.

My doubts are about the hardware. Is it cheap, can you rely on?

@@JordanReynolds that's what I meant. To use this interface daily. Thanks for the answer.
@@JordanReynolds in my case is for home studio. I'm a professional voice actor.
