- This is the 2nd mission of the Soviet YR Campaign, Deja Vu.
The map is exactly the same with the one from the Allied RA2 mission. In this timeline you are controlling the soviets and you are trying to destroy Einstein's Laboratory and Chronosphere. You can slightly prolong it for some more entertainment. Capturing the Allied base will allow you to build your own Chronosphere.
All missions are played on Hard difficulty.

Thank goodness Multiverse Theory preserved the timelines and not caused a grandfather paradox of sorts.
@@michaelandreipalon359, so in the first universe commander just got in Time Machine and disappeared, while Yuri fixed psychic dominator and successfully conquered the world.

In the Allied campaign this time machine merged the two timeliness. First I was curious why not the Soviet too. But they supercharged it back to the jurrasic so AL sort of shenanigans could happen. Either that canceled it out fully, or once from the initial jump back to Dino time the eons pass to first trip with the machine, the Soviet campaign will merge with the original timeline, that would be hilarious.
@@michaelandreipalon359 The time machine doesn't change universes, so the paradox is still there.
Fun Fact: Instead of taking out the outposts, You can send your V3 launchers to the top left side of the map to easily attack both objectives early on. This is also used on speedruns. Just make sure you brought your Rhino tanks with you since there are IFVs patrolling the area.
That’s what I always do. I try to wrap it up early since this level isn’t exactly fun and I don’t want to drag it out.
If this were doable in multi player, where the two campaigns were being played at the same time by two people that could be fun and the missions in the future would change depending on who won
The unfair thing is the allies has a head start in this mission
Finally more Soviet Campain.
You have to give it to the Premier, his actor is a frickin legend, managing to be both funny and serious at the same time. His facial expressions are also incredible. It's a shame he passed away.
You could say that this mission is the second hardest in the entire campaign, only being beaten by the last one (I don't want to see anyone saying "Moon mission") despite being quite easy. I guess what makes it special is the fact that you played it in RA2 as the other side, making it quite interesting to see what the Soviet perspective would be. And it's good to see that the AI unpacks the MCV it starts with near Einstein's lab, just like most players do in the Allied version of this mission.

If the allied version of the mission would have kirov like we do in this mission, the mission would be really interesting. Imagine the three sides got kirovs coming for the chronosphere
....Just imagine if it had some desolators accompanying them and some time later three demo trucks will be making their way down. Black Forest would turn into german Chernobyl.
Imagine if the Soviets actually tried attacking in the Allied version of this mission.

Kirovs would be a great asset from both sides' POV. Allied land anti-air is garbage.
Two interesting choices that gave me a smile:
Keep constructing buildings that need power, including crucial defensive buildings, without constructing a plant. When finally nuclear plant gets constructed, overcompensate it with building five:D
Instead of using spy plane at least a single time, explore the map with martyr rocketeers or dogs:)

Having finished the level a couple of days ago on hard I can say these are true. You do have to kill the tank destroyers asap. And was so much fun conquering allied base next to einstein before taking on the main base.

@@MoondropSimulacra I think some enemies teleported near the factory so kirovs try to destroy it and accidentally destroy the factory too
Idk but I guess Industrial Plant is supposed to give faster build time for tanks if built because of its discount, but it never happened. Maybe they failed to add codes for that.
I'll be so sad once these series end :/
You could spare allied lab and get a spy in it to have chrono commando available.
First time i noticed that AE near base and K.
What happens if you infiltrate Einstein's Laboratory with an Engineer or Spy? (It looked like you were able to)
it's capturable by an Engineer but that won't trigger the victory. A Spy does nothing since it is not a FactoryType (veteran upgrade,) harvester dock (steal money,) power plant (cut power,) radar (map unreveal,) or a Tech Lab with an AIBasePlanningSide (stolen tech unit)
@Laura Allard i think the mission will fail. While playing ra2 allied mission chrono storm, i "accidentally (by curiosity)" garrisoned the kremlin just before i destroyed the last flak turret. That gameplay took me 3 hours because i longplayed (thanks tg) it, and built an army of prism tanks then rained gis all over. I accidentallu garrisoned them inside kremlin, and failed, and restarted the mission. I went full rage quit at that moment and didnt open the game for a week. Real bummer

You forgot to train a spy and infiltrate allied battle lab. Doing so you can buy 10 chrono commandos, teleport them straight to the chronosphere and instantly win the mission.

First I have struggle on german tank attack since beginning the mission and GI rush very fast each side.
Seconds after deploy mcv I have only few units to defend and get overrun too fast.
So I just use starting units rush on top-left and use V3 rocket kill both chornosphere and Einstein lab and finish it fast(tank lead for buying sometime and fews of V3 enough to killing the building), I didn't try to speedrun but I think there's only way to end before overrun :D
i don't remember but i had cd disk where was ra2 and Yuri and campaigning had different missions. thouse was cool

I suddenly had a question about RA2: we know that if you capture an enemy's MCV, you won't have his special unit right? Ok here for example, if I play as an allied force such as USA, I capture a soviet enemy's MCV (Iraq maybe) and build some soviet buildings, then I sell ALL USA's structures. So I can't build a desolator for sure here, but if I recapture another allied MCV such as UK's, will I still have the USA's airborne paratroops?
I'm not sure about selling the base, but from my experiences I still able get enemies special unit by capturing some specific building and MCV of course. Like examples I use Korean black eagle and tank destroyer as combination, but it seems this feature got patched on RA 2.

19:37: "Allied tech captured. We'll gain more footholds with this."
20:17: "Huzzah! Thanks to Miller and his own Engineer Cuban Corps, we have found blueprints for a workable Chromosphere. We can turn the tides against the Allies and Yuri with this! Alright, Ukrainian SEALs, pursue and eliminate him and, if need be, bring his corpse to me personally."
20:17 at who you refer to? If Yuri, that's waaaay far from there. Or einstein? That scientist escaped :/

in last mission you will can't build Chronosfhere
The funny thing is the initial units you're given are actually enough for a rush win
Even sofia gives a hint to the player that " this forces are sufficient enough for this task given to your exceptional comand abilities" it means you can speed run this mission 😂
All rhinos rushing to chronosphere is enough

I want to ask the guys who play mental omega does the industrial factory increase the production speed there it says it increases it by 25% ?
....I think not. But the bonuses is it has a special ability named change gear. It gives free 3000 credits but would temporarily shut down your war factories (except for Stalin's fist, mcv but deploys into a war factory). It give cash like an oil refinery.
@@johndexterzarate6663 actually it is increasing production speed and give you some cut-prices for vehicle and cash keep flowing like when you have oil derricks.
Lesson learned from Allies: Never put your fuel barrels inside you base!

Anyway how you can train this unit just only Allied Barrack? If i was playing as normal Allied, i was need another building for training this SEAL with Airforce Command Headquaters and also maybe with Allied Battle Lab

Well, IIRC the debriefing message changes depending on if you finish the mission within the par time or not. TG exceeded the par time, that's why he had a different debriefing message.
