One of the things I love about Jonny is that he never makes it easy for himself. He picks something ambitious, realizes his hubris, and then follows through on the ambitious goal as best as he can through tears and sarcasm.
Keith calmly stating it’s bad next to Johnny having a meltdown over the terrible flavor is the best thing I’ve ever seen. 😂

I dunno why he didn't do flavoured whipped cream cheese or something. woulda complimented the savory flavours and the actual macaron shell isn't super sweet.

I like the way the baking portion was framed. It kept it from looking too much like Without A Recipe or Phoning It In. And Jonny is just so naturally hilarious.

@@samsiegelct that's also what I felt actually! I think it was the office at the background while Jonny was baking (I know the test kitchen is different from a normal office but they gave off the same vibes to me) + colleagues randomly helping/joining the scene.

I have to say: I love this new era where the Try Guys become just Buzzfeed but better. It's not just them anymore, no unnecessary interruption of people at work, "Jack, do you want to try X" "No" end of story. I bet it's much better for their work/life balance and for their other projects. It's much more creative, there are so many formats.
