None of the solutions worked for me, I then selected an option to uninstall quality updates when opening the system in safe mode and it went back to normal after uninstallation
what happens when you uninstall quality updates? is it something noticable?

me who already tried it multiple times: literally points my laptop at fan point in lvl 3 speed and cover off for a few minutes and manages to fix it
What about the case that it doesn’t flick always but ones a while and whenever you turn on the pc it’s flicks so unless I restart it before it’s. Stops

I bought HP victus from India on 2nd September. Since 11th September, I am having this issue of flickering only when I use google chrome etc. My laptop had gone for repairing last week & yesterday when i got it back, the flickering was still going on when i was using my gmail.
