I've tried all four options and the problem still exists. What else can it be? My extended monitor is working fine but the screen of my all-in-pc keeps flickering rapidly.
When I uninstalled the display driver, the extended monitor went blank. When I rebooted the computer, the same driver was installed, as before, on both displays- AMD Radeon
It really worked for me, was planning taking it to technician. I updated the driver as instructed and everything is fine now. U saved me some money. I appreciate
@Lakshay Pant A bit late on this but I'll reply anyway in case future people see this. You don't need a second screen, it just helps because it's not as slow moving with another turned on. Just be patient and follow his steps.

Second one helped me almost 90%. Had tiny flickers on right side of screen. After tutorial they are gone but if i look closer i see them but they are not annoying. Thanks!

Same with me. I tried Screen Mirroring my Samsung Galaxy A30 Phone to my HP All-In-One, and it randomly started flicking; just like this man's laptop. Though, not as bad as his case; only the bottom part. The flickering takes the entirety of my taskbar. It's super annoying.
I fixed mine by taking off the back case and adjusting the screen cables. If the screen flickers more or less when you move it then its probably a problem with the hardware. Usially the screen cables. For me one part of the cable just slid out of its normal position and it didn't connects properly as a result

Go to safe mode(search it in YT) and do the instruction done in the video. If it is still flickering then the problem is not internal but external, take it to a technician.
So, I was just managing my icons and then my laptop suddenly started flickering, I panicked and then took the battery out of my laptop which made it force shut down and then came to my phone started looking for the video, saw the video full and then went back to my laptop to try it, it started flickering at start and I pressed the back of the laptop a little praying for it to get fixed and boom it got fixed, may be in my case the LED kind of moved a little. IDK but aside for that thing I loved this video, calming voice which makes u calm down a little and perfect video quality. @@PaxiKaksi Dude just change your extension chord or plug, i used to have this problem and sometime its ok then it happen again i can't figure out what happen,finally found out the reason why it happen, It's because the extension chord i used could not generate enough power/ electrical supply to the CPU.

@@pokemooon140 ok i fixed it and heres how, but it probably wont work because it might be another problem for you, i took the cover thing off of my monitor to see if the wires were damaged, and they werent, i played around with them (laptop still on) adjusted the wires, moved them around untill i found a sweet spot and screen stopped flickering, but i gotta be careful when i move it so the wires dont get moved too much

Mine doesn't do this so but mine flickers when I charge it it's not bad it kinda flicker a black screen for 1 milliseconds I think it's the outlet, or it's a problem in the monitor or the hardware.
From your video, could I assume/conclude that 1 such method is to use a monitor- if the flickering and other graphics mishaps aren't bad? currently, my laptop screen Flickers, jumps, blacks out at times, and pixelated colors appear in the screen when watching videos sometimes. 2nd method worked magically for me
The culprit in my case is the "Mouse Wheel", I changed the mouse and lo! the flickering is gone.

There is a chance that it is a hardware and not a software problem. In which case you should swap your screen with a new one
