Thanks a lot for the video, really helpful! It was almost like a crisis situation to have a flickering screen on my laptop at the time when I am pursuing my MBA and require to use my laptop daily. when i scroll in a website i see sometimes my screen will "glitch" and dome black pixels pop up for a second and i dont know why
THANK YOU!!!! I came back from vacation last week and was confronted by a very frustrated employee whose screen was flashing off and on whenever the laptop was on battery only. Dell Support's suggestion was to do a clean Windows install. That is the nuclear option, in my opinion, and a flashing screen was not worth it. Your suggestion to install Intel Graphics Command is spot-on. Her laptop is now sitting there with a perfect, stable display! Thank you!!

My pc keeps flickering on the opening screen and i cant even put in my password to get into it to install drivers
I would try and run it into safe mode see if that helps and then install drivers..

@@yasminmont.6067There is a solution for you. On the side of the laptop there should be a hdmi port, plug that into a tv and run it off that.. If the device your using for example your tv shows signs of flickering then hardware failure. There are many other solutions but thats the easiest way I can think of right now. The hard way if its drivers then safe mode or taking out the HDD and putting into a desktop, thats the hard solution. Let us know if you need any help or if this works.

HEY , When i am changing referesh rate of screen to 50.99 Hz my , screen is flickering while running it on 48 Hz It's running normal ,what should i do to fix it at 59.99 Hz , i normally use 59.99 Hz.
With the monitor flashing on and off it is not possible to access any Windows settings in normal or safe mode. Only option is to re-install the OS and all your applications.
But what about the hard drive files? Can I restore them first? Please advise urgently. Thanks

my laptop screen keep on flickering on certain app such as vid games, sometimes even on certain tab on chrome like whatsapp, movie site or even normal site like intel graphic website, whenever I change my tab to other tab or minimize it, it stop flickering and, it will stop flickering if I move the vid game/google chrome to my 2nd monitor, can you help? I have an HP Stream 14-ax104la laptop, where I formatted its hard drive, and when I start the computer, the caps lock button blinks with 4 long flashes followed by 3 short flashes. Can you help me correct this error?

Try connecting to an external video output (could be a monitor, portable monitor or TV) and see if the screen still remains the same or not. If it's doijg great, then your laptop screen (or the connector) having a problem.

This could be an actual issue with the screen, if possible try replacing the screen and see if it fixes the issue
