It really worked. Felt a big uncomfortable feeling in my solar plexus, and could visualise the colour yellow. Don't know what any of it means. Also, by the end of the video, i could feel my hands vibrate with energy, and i intuitively put my hands right where I felt the emotion, and it felt so Gooood, like a much needed release! Much thankful for your channel bro 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻!
wow this was extremely helpful! a year ago I did a few months with an EMDR trained therapist and it changed my life! I occasionally struggle with anxiety still, it feels like a deep rooted fear. this really helped me move some of it, thank you ❤️
I'm glad to hear! It's definitely good as a tune-up emotionally for sure, and can also move some deeper chunks of energy when the time is right and we feel confident with the technique and ready for it. Best of luck & let me know if you have any questions! :)
Honestly I was having a really tough emotional day today & I remembered your channel & im so glad I found this video. It honestly helped regulate my emotions a bit. May allah reward you for this ❤
I’ve certainly noticed some changes ever since I started doing tapping and this letting go technique on a fairly consistent basis. Almost every day, I’ll at least do something (tapping or letting go) and, many days, I’ve done both. It’s been about 4 months… As of right now, I’ve been feeling my feelings more intensely in day to day life… That seems strange, but I think it’s repressed emotion that’s starting to come out in general as a result of my doing this. I think my body is saying “I can sense you’re releasing emotion on a consistent basis during a meditation. Let’s keep doing that at other times too” LOL. Suddenly I’m feeling anger, grief, and all the other emotions more than usual, but I look at this as progress. I appreciate it, ‘cause then it’s easier to bring up the emotion to then let go of it. Other people’s experiences could certainly vary…
Tiana it's great to hear from you. Super common to experience this yeah, once the lid is off and the subconscious feels that safety to bring it up it's like "here ya go!" You can always consciously suppress / go at your own pace if it gets too much -- but like you said if you take it as an opportunity to let it go while it's on the surface it's just a very efficient, faster way of clearing things out. Awesome to hear you've been so consistent. Keep me posted anytime! :)
I’ve been watching this video a lot, whenever I need it and it’s really helped me. Sometimes I cry, sometimes I don’t. I’m just unsure about whether or not I’m suppressing emotions? As a Muslim I’ve always had the mentality of “everything happens for a reason and everything is in God’s control so I don’t need to worry/be sad”. I don’t know if that’s me trying to not feel my feelings
Hi Osob! Great question. Generally speaking, if you're not sad, no need to force anything you don't authentically feel. If you are, but you just skip to telling yourself "no need to worry / be sad" then you're likely suppressing. You don't need to mentally dwell on the thoughts of worry of sadness; simply using this technique to process the energy and sensations is often enough. That way the energy doesn't get stuck or suppressed, and then you can easily shift into that mentality without skipping over your authentic feelings. Hope that makes sense! :)
Thank you! Im struggling with feeling my feelings and letting them go. I cried so much, but it wasn't like one of my "ugly cries" where I feel frantic. I loved this guided release instead of it spilling out in an overwhelming and exhausting way. I'll certainly be doing this again!
Hey Cyrus. Really appreciate you for making these videos. Sincerely. They help me a ton. I have a question. Is it normal for some sensations to take many sessions before seeing any dissipation?
Hey Donnie. You're so welcome! And as far as your question: yes, it is normal. Depending on the depth and intensity of the feeling, and how much energy there is behind it, it can take a while before you notice movement and dissipation. Often it is just the subconscious processing that it is indeed safe to start to let it go, which can be a process and take time depending on what you're working on. As always, go at your own pace! Hope that helps -- have a great week :)
@@TheMentalLevel yoo. Thanks for the encouragement. I started laying over a yoga block while doing this meditation to help open up and begin releasing some of the chest pressure sensations I was asking about in the last comment. Been using this video a lot over the past few weeks and I'm happy to say I've been making some steady progress now. Thank you, again. Was wondering if you have any longer form videos like this?
@@VinAde743 Hey Donald! glad to hear you've been sticking with it and making progress, keep it up. Besides this video, which is the longest one I have of just the technique by itself, I also have this one, which is a long guided one that guides you through feeling and releasing the entire scale of emotion from bottom to top -- it's intense, but is one of my best-reviewed tracks on Insight Timer, so perhaps you will benefit from it: ua-cam.com/video/dMBYgLKc_yw/v-deo.html
I wish I could put into words what I felt and experienced while listening to this with my eyes closed. I really am moved. Thank you.
I'm glad it was moving, angel. Thank you for commenting. Have a wonderful week. :)

Great to hear, Stephanie. Yeah, it tends to become more familiar with practice, and is very empowering as you gain experience with the technique :)
Thanks for this, it helped me clear out the built up stress I've been feeling
