    I love your videos been copying them lately, I'm going be doing traps tomorrow so I'm glad you made this video.. I usually do barbell shrugs when doing traps or do a dumbbell raise.

    They look great workouts .... but what are the benefits of such a workout? Is it more for fat burning or can one also see muscle gains? Looks like giant sets for a muscle group that are sometimes done in the gym

    Sir my right bicep is bigger than my left what should I do to correct it. But the strength in both biceps are same

      I would do higher reps on the left and low reps on the right, just basically do more work on your left arm... I had this problem when I first started lifting.

    Can i train a body part 3 times a week with résistance bands or is 2 times a week per body part enough.
    And do you need less rest days when training with bands if you compare it with weights? Or is it the same

      First off, I’m not a mam lol
      Second, Please be patient. I will be releasing every muscle group for the intense 6 minute series over time. I cannot workout right now due to my recent surgery which is why there will be a delay in filming new workout routines but as soon as I can exercise, they will be coming. I have many other videos I will be doing and already have almost a thousand videos released on my channel plus my app exerprise can generate unlimited workouts for you too.
