I would do higher reps on the left and low reps on the right, just basically do more work on your left arm... I had this problem when I first started lifting.

I have a question mike. Can i train a body part 3 times a week with résistance bands or is 2 times a week per body part enough. And do you need less rest days when training with bands if you compare it with weights? Or is it the same
