I’m a 6’5 righty as a freshman on my High school JV team and I’m a power hitter, swinging for power, I get lots of curveballs and breaking balls. This video really helped, especially the one to stay back and watching where the ball is released, whether it be high to belt level, or belt to ground level.

We do fast balls then the last ten are cuev all or there mixed in
*If you can't pull a curveball when your early then you can't hit!* Just watch great hitters and see how many outside breaking balls get jerked into the seats. Great hitters get stronger in the slit second between FB and CB, poor hitters break down and get weaker. Nobody comes out of the womb hitting curveballs, the way to hit curveballs is to hit curveballs, and then more curveball and then MORE curveballs. Any change of speeds helps. I am not going to give it all away because an inexperienced feeder could hurt someone but there ways, with a variety of balls, to create significant speed change and even breaking balls out of machines that are set fastball. In addition, Wiffle Balls are fantastic! A bit of athletic tape on half of them (adding weight and reducing drag) and you can create a great difference in speed with no change in arm speed or release. Also, the wind will catch the wiffle with no tape and give it unpredictable movement. Eye protection is crucial for the thrower especially with golf ball size wiffles!
