Basically the dude he shoots in the post credit scene is an alternate version of Wade Wilson from X-men Origins: Wolverine. They fucked up everything that Deadpool is supposed to be. Ryan Reynolds hated playing that version bc it was totally inaccurate. So he goes back in time to kill off that version
He played only because he was told that it was the only way he could possibly get a real Deadpool movie.
The first Deadpool comic Ryan read shad the quote that Deadpool was a “cross between Ryan Reynolds and a shar-pei” which made him feel like this was just destiny.
He obviously loves and respects his character so much.

He also called Cable "Thanos" at another point.
So since your comment about his skin ill give a little comic knowledge, when he mutated he got regeneration, but his cancer got super charged at the same time, his skin is from his cancer breaking down his body and then he regenerates. Deadpools regeneration is actually one of the strongest and fastest in marvel, its just decreased because of his super cancer.

They were actually filming an X-Man movie at the same time as this, hence the cameo of the other X-Men.
Although I think it was green screened because they were recording elsewhere or something.
Why are so many people watching the Deadpool movies without even touching the X-men movies first?
Probably because the new Deadpool movie is on the way, so it's relevant and good for views, and they don't realise how connected it is to the X-men stuff... Plus 2 movies is easy, but watch about another 10 movies first? That's a bit more to deal with...
I do think that they should at least have watched up until X-men Origins and also Logan (maybe some of the other newer stuff too) to get the best out of this film, so it's kinda unfortunate that they didn't, but you know? I'm not entirely surprised...

@@KitsyX i havent seen the original and u dont need to anything u desperately need to know is explained pretty quickly and anything later on is covered with like 2 lines of dialogue. and ye it was a cool show but 5 seasons is a lot to watch to catch up for a show thats new and has much better writing and animation
the thing is if you have not watched some of the previous marvel stuff especially post endgame you might struggle understanding the plot of deadpool and wolverine(deadpool 3)

The Xmen wants to save people like the headmaster that tortures mutants, and they call themselves heroes.
I mean, they don't necessarily want to save him and completely allow him to continue, they just don't believe in killing people if it's not necessary... They want to find proof, have him put on trial and then go to jail for his crimes instead... They're also trying to foster better relations between humans and mutants... They can't do that by indiscriminately killing people they think are bad without evidence and good reason... It's not as simple as "we should just kill all the bad guys".

You totally can... What constitutes a spoiler is something that spoils something... If it spoils something, it is a spoiler... Age of the film only affects the likelihood that you were already spoiled on it...
The Logan thing probably wasn't spoiled for most people that cared about it at the time while watching this movie, because most people that really wanted to watch this probably already watched Logan or had a friend that might have warned them to watch Logan first or whatever... But it's still a potential spoiler... It makes sense for Deadpool 2 to do it and I'm certainly not mad about it... But it's still a spoiler... It's fair for people to call it a spoiler... Should they have expected to see potential spoilers in Deadpool 2? Probably... I mean there's a bunch of meta jokes in the first film and it's loosely connected to the X-men movies, made by the same company... It's almost certainly going to make references to things... But if they were spoiled by it, it's a spoiler...
While the age of a film might make being spoiled on it more understandable... If you weren't spoiled, then someone spoiled it, it's still potentially bad for you... Sometimes you can't get around to watching films straight away, whether due to time, money, availability or whatever else... That makes it ok to ruin their experience if they somehow managed to avoid spoilers until now? I don't think so... Depending on the spoiler and why people say it, I think it can be understandable and not necessarily terrible, but it doesn't magically make it not a spoiler... We should try to be considerate regardless... In my opinion anyway...
