What really helped me gain confidence while not becoming a total dick was realizing, as a person, nobody is better than me and nobody is worse than me.
Exactly. Everybody is the main character in their own story. Nobody is any more special than anyone else, we’re all human. Everybody has their own problems, it’s inescapable. We are all born, we then live on this Earth for about several decades, and then we die. Tom Hanks, You, and the drugged out bum on the sidewalk are all just living this human experience. None of us are perfect, we are flawed and we make mistakes and fall victim to temptation because we are human, it’s part of the human experience. We all deal with problems (albeit different problems) but nevertheless we all deal with them whether it’s relationship issues, family issues, a lack of fulfillment, etc. We all need to eat, need to shit, and need to drink water in order to survive.

I’ll disagree with the gym one. If you go to the gym and change your body you gain a ton of confidence yes you have to change your mindset too but the gym really does help boost your confidence.
@@emergencyfood7660 Not solely. Gymming is obviously good for the exterior, but also the interior organs.....especially the one between your ears! It is proven to provide a psychological boost just as much as a physical one. Perhaps even more so.
Fake it till you make it can work, as a way to shift default negative internal responses that need to shift to positive ones. But must be used wisely, not for external success and without shame attached. ❤
Be humble but be forward. If they don’t like you that’s their feeling not yours. People whom make fun of others only do it to mask their own insecurities because they wouldn’t ever put themselves out there to the degree that you are.

Such a cool tool once you learn how to reframe and trust in the process without thinking just about the results. Then suddenly you realize that you are already that person.
I also wouldn’t use Peterson or musk or anybody like that as a gauge of confidence or how to be as a human. They put others down you should look to those who build others up even at the expense of themselves a bit . Truly confident people and people who are good leaders inspire others they don’t put them down.

First time on your channel, half way through the video and I am a subscriber now. You are honest and true, no bullshit or magic pills.
first time watching you, instant subscription. thank you
Damn bro, your talking like a young bob proctor. Great video.
I’ll disagree with the gym one. If you go to the gym and change your body you gain a ton of confidence yes you have to change your mindset too but the gym really does help boost your confidence.
But again it is external
@@emergencyfood7660 Not solely. Gymming is obviously good for the exterior, but also the interior organs.....especially the one between your ears! It is proven to provide a psychological boost just as much as a physical one. Perhaps even more so.
Fake it till you make it can work, as a way to shift default negative internal responses that need to shift to positive ones. But must be used wisely, not for external success and without shame attached. ❤
In the background, is that a candle (the one next to the books) below the plant? If yes, please be careful if it can start a fire !!!
Be humble but be forward. If they don’t like you that’s their feeling not yours. People whom make fun of others only do it to mask their own insecurities because they wouldn’t ever put themselves out there to the degree that you are.
Great this is pure gold, finally I found my answer
Totally accurate to my life
In many ways being arrogant is better than insecure
Wow. One of the best videos I ever saw on this topic. Thank you Kenny. Going to check out more of your videos.
Meditations is big secret. 🤯
Great Video 👏
Iv never been able to find out my identity, but I know I have one, and I am comfortable with it and understand that I'm just not some people's cup of tea.
I always say to people that I teach in day trading. Money is just a symptom of being rich. You must carry the mindset before receiving your symptoms. Being wealthy isn't a physical thing.
i wish these things would work for me but unfortunately my problem is PAWS wich is a condition that can happen after withdrawing from a substance wich strips you of everything you are because of temporary neurological damage, time is the only thing that can heal me, i'm glad this video is helping a lot of people but sometimes the problem is that of a more serious nature
Dude..mind blowing fr
Be fit, healthy, string, look after your hygiene, make good money and your confidence will skyrocket. Don’t forget to be kind, courteous and curious. Stay Uncommon!
Hey kenny, Ive been watching you since the soosh and james english days. Seing you progress made me happy and I found your video very impactfull. I was wondering what books did you read to aquire this knowledge?
Such a cool tool once you learn how to reframe and trust in the process without thinking just about the results. Then suddenly you realize that you are already that person.
Amazing video man! Thanks for all the knowledge youve allowed me to unlock. Your the man kenny!
My sister once told me that fake confidence is real confidence
Oouuuuuh this is gooooood
"Calculator app, weather app" cracked me up dude
It all makes sense!
thanks bro, this video helped a lot
5:23 5:47 THE GAP 11:47
its not called external or internal, it's called trait and state
So ultimately Fake it till you make it!!
great video. thankyou
I also wouldn’t use Peterson or musk or anybody like that as a gauge of confidence or how to be as a human. They put others down you should look to those who build others up even at the expense of themselves a bit . Truly confident people and people who are good leaders inspire others they don’t put them down.
Wow, a powerful video. Great job! ❤
You're so underrated🔥🔥
