    I use one of these in black as our main fridge. I keep the temp at 5 and it’s been working great now for several months. When I need to defrost the freezer, I just unplug the fridge for about 15 mins max and leave a bowl of hot water in the freezer along with a very hot towel and in about 4 mins there bowl and the towel will produce enough steam that all the ice in the freezer will come off like an egg in a non stick pan. If the buildup of ice is really thick, just prolong this process and it will work. No need to use a scrapper which might damage ur fridge 😊✌️

    Thanks for this video. I’ve been thinking about getting one of these for a beverage fridge.

    Thank you so much for the follow up. I wanted one for my she shed because they’re so cool looking but I’m too lazy go through the frost thing. I remember my mother defrosting her refrigerator. It did not make her happy.

    Use plastic for defrosting your Freezer metal you can puncture pipes. how Much water you see on the back where the "defrost" water goes?

    I have used this refrigerator for over 2 years. However, the problem is that water periodically accumulates under the refrigerator, and sometimes a lot of water flows in the living room and the carpet gets wet several times. The downside to this refrigerator is that it creates too much frost. How can I frost discomfort?
    I regret buying this refrigerator.
    Famous brand refrigerators (LG, SAMSUNG...) have found that there is no problem with frost sticking to the refrigerator.

    Hi, what temperature do you use,? Is the lower 3 colder,? Or warmer,? I put it in 3 it got colder,? .... which one should I use..

    • @homesweetyou
      @homesweetyou  3 роки тому +1

      Depends on what you are using for. I use 3-4 and I use mainly as beverage fridge. The higher the number the colder the temp. Example: 5 is colder than 4. If you’re are using for food I would do slightly higher number as in colder.

    Is the Galance refrigerator safe? Because someone in Amazon wrote a review about a warning label that comes with this refrigerator, that can cause fire

    • @homesweetyou
      @homesweetyou  2 роки тому

      I’m not sure about any warning label & can’t guarantee no fire haha but mine was fine.

    how close to the back wall can you get? I'm looking to get the 12 CU version but it might be a bit too deep... And is the depth your is listed at accurate?

    • @homesweetyou
      @homesweetyou  Рік тому

      Pretty close we left a few inches from the back. The specs of the fridge are all the the description.

      @@homesweetyou Thank you. I bought a fridge that best buy has listed as 28.25" depth and it's actually 32". So hard to know which listed specs are accurate.

    Sorry, I’m not a fridge pro. When you say to keep the gauge higher, is that more power, and therefore colder, or is a higher setting colder? I’m not getting the connection between setting it higher and frost accumulation. Please help. Thanks. (I just bought one, it arrives in a few days).

    • @trailguy

      I mean is a higher setting warmer * ?

    • @homesweetyou
      @homesweetyou  2 роки тому

      Higher setting means colder but the colder you have it the more frost you will have. Also watch part 2 and 3! I just posted part 3! Don’t over load the fridge or freezer too~ just a tip. Depending on what you use it for you don’t need it too high unless it’s your main fridge, I just used as a beverage fridge mainly.

      @@trailguy Hi Mason. The lady freaked out on the frost on the back panel in the fridge but it's normal just condensation. Got mine a month ago love it. Get a fridge thermometer. It works. Have mine set at 3.75.

      I would also suggest not to overload the fridge esp the freezer. Had for 3 years and worked fine until I blew out something in the back, you can check out part 3 for the details on what happened to mine if you like~ but was good and might get another’s since it’s not expensive haha
