Changing a keyless chuck. 18v makita drill

Swapping old makita keyless chuck for new dewalt one. 18 volt makita drill
please read to clarify
To clarify incase I've mixed this up in the video as you look at the drill down the chuck so you can see the screw inside
Screw inside the drill chuck you turn clockwise ( to the right) to loosen. some screws are very tight and may not come out.
Once the screw is out put the gear into 1 lock an Allen key in chuck as video and turn the chuck anti clockwise (to the left)
to loosen
