I am doing a similar repair at home. At 7:20, do you recommend using the screws all the way around the perimeter of the old EPDM membrane before seaming it together with new membrane patch ( like Randall said)? I wasn't sure because you made a negative comment about Randall. Do you need all these extra screws or is seam primer and seam tape ok? Thanks for the help.
