Love that blue on Ram trucks! One of the best things about the Rebel is that it is a true Swiss Army knife of trucks. You get all of the Ram attributes, specifically a daily ride that will not beat you up, plus a truck that is a bit more offroad capability. Yes, a Ram Hemi with the 3.92 rear axle will scoot!
Very nice review. I've been looking into getting one, but i do have one concern... What's the maintenance like, i.e. repeated issues / lights coming on, recall of parts, etc
I’ve had Dodge Ram all my life never had issues if you look at consumer reports nothing but positive feedback. I currently have a 2020 ram only had one recall they took care of it that was it. Also as far as Safety goes it’s #1 safest pickup.
I know a lot of people that only speak wonders about the rebel. Obviously is a V8 so fuel economy isn’t going to be the best but it delivers. If it fits your specific needs, I would advise to go for one. At least where I live they used to be at 50k but now they’re about 65 and wow…. Crazy how car prices had gone up by so much.
I own a raptor but this would be a truck I could trade in my raptor for when the time comes never owned a ram but the rebel looks good and sounds good I’m sure it’s plenty fast enough raptors and especially TRX while cool are overkill lol
Great review as always Thank you for posting. I always seem to forget about coupons. They are a great way to save money. Just noticed my typo :( Cool sound track :)
Absolutely! It's part of the 2500 line and believe it or not the back seat is a few inches smaller than this - but damn it's a sweet looking truck (the PW)
Howdy, great review as always you guys! I have to say, I’m a huge fan of the RAM Rebel! One complaint though, if they already fitted a sensor for push button start, how much money would smart entry sensors cost to add lol!😸😻😸
@@pnthim people are preferring to buy trucks instead of cars now. Here in the Pacific Northwest many daily drive the truck. You can spend 30k on a hybrid Camry.
Very, very little. Even the headlamps are different. The only body panels that are shared are the 4 doors, roof, and tailgate. The frame is substantially beefier, as are all suspension components, obviously. Even the interior is different, being based off of the Ram Limited(sans wood; carbon fibre instead). So when I hear people balk at the price of the TRX(and yes, it is expensive), I can't help but think they haven't really seen the specs. It's almost like asking why Porsche 911 Turbo S is $70k higher than a base Carrera.
It is strange at first glance, but at night it makes total sense. They are REALLY bright, even on the most dim of settings. But they're really crisp and the middle helper screen is very clear and crisp.

2021 Rebel interior is so damn boring now!! where the hell did the red go?? or any color other then black. I know you have still have a red option but go out and look and you'll see NONE of the 2021 actually have the red. Also it's a 1,500 dollar up charge for what used to be standard and what made the interiors so unique! If I wanted boring and all black I'd get the Laramie with a off road package, at least that would have 4 wheel auto! so flipping disappointed. I can still buy the older models used I guess?
The beginning is like Doug Demuro, but instead of ¨THISSSSSSSSS¨ Its ¨Whats Going Onnnnnnnnn UA-cam?¨
Fabulous video of the Ram 1500 Rebel!! Great job guys!!

Ram Rebel in Velocity Blue.
Nice review. Just bought a 2021 Rebel, after owning Tundras for the past 14 years. This truck just blows the Tundra away in so many aspects.
Hows ram reliability? Ive only had toyotas... Almost ready to pull the trigger on trading in to a rebel though.
This is my Ram Rebel 2020 eco diesel Hydraulic Blue so Powerful driving Highway every single day (BAD ASS)
There about 57,000 this year and some are 62k to 67k
I really love the 2021 Ram 1500 rebel!! It’s very nice! I really really love pickup trucks!
Great review as always!!!
That is a beautiful truck love the blue color.
How do you get this truck with all these options for $47k? Everywhere around me they are selling for $53k plus
None of the 47k models have these features, unfortunately. 47 is the base.
Nice Review. Covered all the info I was looking for.
Side note, Anyone ever tell you that you look a bit like Will Poulter?

Ours came with the big panaramic sunroof. I love it so far
No problems with leaks yet?

What is the payload on this particular truck?
Did they fix the useless nav system?
Great review as always

Thanks, Michael! 😀
do they still have the PwrWgn?

Leatherette is the new naugahyde which we all know is the skin from the rare hairless nauga

Pretty sure it’s available on a separate package for the rebel
Thanks! We love the Rebel too!
I dont like the Rebel decal nor the Ram emblem on the back. It would look alot cleaner for me if it had none of that
Never find stock msrp
I love how $47k is now affordable, LOL! Trucks are just way overpriced that the average American family has no business buying.
Then buy the lower trim Ram Tredsmen
@@nobunaga-oda My point above is why, though? The average person doesn't need a truck for their daily lives...

Without watching the video, how much of the T-Rex is the same as this truck?
5% if you get the fully loaded version of this

I wish the gauge cluster was closer to the driver seems far

How come some rebels don't have 4wd auto.?
Are the vents on the hood functional?
Yes
So basically the same as my 2017 but with more electronics that will go bad 👍
Hope it’s not declared racist

ты зачем женские очки одел ?
It's not a V 8
Its Hemispherical engine
Not a V engine
Its a hemispherical head not a block
0:47 those are the oldest looking 2020 vehicles ever.
When the truck fad passes they will be in trouble. $5 gas will seal their fate. I’ll get a used one dirt cheap.
*2020 Nissan Pathfinder* has joined the party
Nice copying ford again 😂
What specifically did they copy?
@@brianmuckey1962 no idea what that guy is talking about. Maybe he meant the running boards? Lol
