I have an F80 with the LS1 error too. I have problems with it too. Only difference is mine won't start running even if I'm not on it. I know the weight loss journey is extra tough during Covid-19, so I hope you get some answers. Maybe it will help me too. Good luck and please let me know if you hear any news on how to fix it. Mine is practically new, very little use lol

This is coming in late, but the solution for mine was a new control board. It was easy to replace, just four bolts and making sure I took a picture of the current one so that I knew what wire harness went where after I disconnected it. Took about 5-10 minutes from start to finish and I've been going strong every since. Has been about 6 months and 500 miles since.

Same thing with me...my Sole F80 is probably 12 or 13 years old...Adjusted the sensor, lubed the track and nothing doing.

@@jeanettesilhouette5678 I bought all my parts direct from Sole and I'm not sure which part you're wondering what the cost was.

Wondering if you could advise... My Fuel 63 treadmill belt was slipping as I ran, so I disconnected the machine and adjusted the belt as instructed in the manual... However when I was about 40 minutes into my run the treadmill just started speeding up on its own to maximum velocity and only stopped when I removed the safety key... Since then every time I switch the treadmill on I just goes straight to full velocity without me touching any buttons, then cuts out and it just repeats the same sequence (Speeding up and cutting of and so on) until I disconnect the key!!! Absolutely baffling!!! Can you help ??

I'm not a technician by any means so take that into consideration. I've gotten pretty savvy on working on this and I've shadowed the local tech that has worked on this several times over the years as well. I just did a Google search for your "Fuel F63" and that looks to be the same as the Sole F63, which is my assumption. So based on that, there aren't that many parts inside these things. There's the belt, the wood board that the belt rides around, the rollers and bearings that the spin the belt, the motor, the control board (electronics board) and then the metal frame, handlebars and lastly the screen with all the buttons. For me, it was the control board. Others have offered up motor, bearings, etc. But these didn't do the trick. It was a $225 control board that pops in with four easy to remove bolts and turned it on and and I was working without issues and have been so for the past 6 months and probably 500 miles. Hope that helps.

That should not be that loud...the front roller sounds horrible. The rollers, front and rear, are usually the first things to start wearing out.

It’s best to go directly to the website and put in your model and serial number and the belt should come up and you can just take it to cart. If not got to the contact us page and put in your serial number and request a link emailed to you directly to the belt . When replacing the belt you will need 2 tubes of lube and then 1 tube every 60-90 days we also have a 3 pack live special if need lube as well.

There is a speed sensor cost $25. Easy to swap out and will cure your issue

Check the sensor first --- but mostlikey the motor control board

Not necessarily. There are many reasons for an LS1 error. I tried swapping out the speed sensor and didn't fix my LS1

Damn, sounds like a Richard Petty treadmill. When gyms reopen, you're ready for the next stage, joining the gym. Former fat people love it when another chubby joins, and chooses to live life again. You'll feel like you're 20 again, but you can't stop, fitness is the new you, forever, its just something you do, like the other young people.
