Well, 69 years old and always enjoyed cooking but could never get a handle on Asian cuisine much as I loved eating it. You're recipes and pointers have changed that out of sight and I can now throw dishes together just by Mark one tasteball and a quick rummage in the pantry. How do I know it is working? When the wife says....yummy,another Marion recipe?......Love being able to smile and say yes when it is something I just cobbled together using your advice and tips....thank you, thank you thank you.

I asked for this recipe today. I missed it when I looked for it. Then it popped up in my recommendations. It’s a good day. I just thawed a piece of pork belly in the fridge last night. Prawns in fridge, eggs collected from the chooks. I have red capsicums. No pea pods in the garden yet...only have first few flowers on plants, but frozen peas. Bihon noodles in cupboard. Curry spices in cabinet. 🤩🥳

Marion, I don’t have gas or a wok….any tips for using electric cook top and I also don’t have a wok🤔 any suggestions would be so helpful 🌸
I feel like I can smell it right now.
Looks so yummy.
Thank you for such a detailed video on how to make the noodles! What curry powder is recommended to use?
Singapore noodles are such a classic with takeaway Chinese food. There's a really great restaurant here called 'Emperor's house' that does a really nice singapore noodles (as a main dish) very similar to what you made. I'm always ordering food from them. Turns out I've ordered delivery from them 8 times this year!
That's it? Only 8 times?? Lol. I'm only commenting because I made my own "Singapore" noodles tonight along with crab rangoon egg rolls and am having fun reading the comments. It's 2:15am and I am having a second helping and am hating myself! They're just so delicious though
Thank you for sharing, looks delicious.
Joleen Cruz Delicious 😋
It looks right. It looks authentic! 👍👍
Don't know where you ate in Singapore but I lived in the varsity area and had them every Friday night
Absolutely love the recipe, have already made it thrice
Hi Marion and thanks for this unique recipe. In another video, you showed us how not to break these thin noodles by soaking them 10 minutes in room temperature water but in this video it's different. Which technique in your opinion works best? I always end up having Lipton soup size noodles after stir frying these noodles :(
Any other tips for having a decent noodles would help also. Thank you in advance.
Will cook this for dinner..yumm!
Shanti Puruhita I cook it too
This looks mouth watering! 😀☺
So declious.. thank you so much!!
Im from Penang, Malaysia. BIHUN SINGAPORE as we called it usually sold by Indian Muslim hawkers. Its beef based and usually white colour!! Use a lot of white pepper for flavoring.
Thank you so much! i love these noodles, but never knew exactly how to make them. The recipe looks really easy to follow too. Again. Thank you :-)
