Is this a cheater?

I don't think I landed not ONE throw attempt on him be it broken or landed he ducked every single one of them but the main thing is I think he's low macro blocking. I feel like I did some lows he jus always blocked by a frame or 2 longer than the move. I uf3+4 over his head at one point and even tho my back was to him doing the following 4 low after he still tried to block it. HARADA BAN their GAMES! Banning the account isn't enough!

Your answer lies at 07:59, the ONLY time your lows connected was when he was mashing a button.
I faced this dude yesterday, I did not attack I just ducked his highs and launched lol didn't know he was running a script lmfao
Next time: You either block/report him.
Or: use Raven's b,ub3+4 (the full screen unblockable) see how he deals with it.
