i have 2 of these. one for at home one for travel (2 pendisplays 22 inch and 13 inch) i love them. but there is one flaw i like to have sorted. ive got all 5 dial functions linked to photoshop. 1 zoom canvas, 2 rotate canvas , 3 brush size, 4. brush hardness , 5 next or previous brush. and they work great... but the rotate canvas i could not get in without a kinda hack. rotate left and right (canvas view) is done with alt F13 and alt F14 (15 degree increments) however if you donthave a keyboard with F13-F25 keys you cant set these. i had to manually edit the exported settings and re-import them this is the trick : make a function Rotate canvas and put in bogus shortcuts like Alt+F11 and Alt+f12 export settings. open with something like textpad x (x= latest version i think i used 9) search for the Rotate canvas line it wil have the 2 shortcuts right after it edit whats there with this: Rotate Canvas;1|[Alt + F14]|125|26|4;1|[Alt + F13]|124|27|4 the w1 is the position so if yours is w2 leave that.. actually leave everything only change these two values [Alt + F14]|125| and [Alt + F13]|124 the 125 and 124 numbers must be there its the keys from a value key code listing save import and now you can rotate your canvas view with the dial dear xp pen. this should be made more easy . maybe ad a dropdown menu for those who just wish to select F13 and F14 from a list
How much lag input does this have? I'd love a shortcut remote but if the response time between keys and computer isn't practically instant it's gonna be really hampering to the workflow.

I am using the most recent drivers on your page. :) This occurs when navigating in Zbrush: pressing right click button (button 1 or 2) while hovering over the canvas, and moving the pen to rotate the view. Or pressing control to zoom in and out while pressing the right click button (button 1 or 2 of the pen), and also pressing ALT on the keyboard while moving the pen and having right click (button 1 or 2 of the pen). This happens occasionally, and sporadically. Thank you very much. I love your products.

XP-Pen yes. I am able to navigate by pressing and holding the pen button, which I assigned to right click. I can use it like the mouse button. I press, hold the press, and it works. But sometimes it doesn't register with Zbrush. Yesterday, I also experienced movement of pen cursor not being detected when using zbrush. This occurs for about one second or two. I can resolve it by random clicking of pen button, or tapping pen tip on the tablet. I'm hoping you guys can check driver compatibility with Zbrush. I get problems with it, where I lose control of the pen cursor, especially when navigating in zbrush. Sometimes, I move the pen and Zbrush would not register the pen. For all other programs I used, there is no problem. Thank you. :)
Running Remote_V1.3.2_XPPEN (the current latest software for this) and I can't seem to hold ALT. Kinda a big deal for my photoshop workflow. Any fix for this? Otherwise the product is actually better than I expected.

Hello again! Thanks for your answering. I solved the problem. I think I didn´t extract the drivers correctly, so the installation failed. I extracted and reinstalled them again and now it works ^^ I´m having some trouble with express keys configuration, but it seems to work with defect keys.
the question is that I got mine and it definitely doesnt stick to the screen like how is she able to have it sticking to the screen like this. This is false advertising I think.
Sttonyda Munsta Hi! If with the screen protector, the shortcut key can be easier to be attached to the screen. And if the monitor and table are 45°, the shortcuts will be more firmly connected.
XP-Pen so this is Marcys husband the one who bought the XP pen 22 from Amazon ....I'm still having that calibration problem.ans I spent the extra money on a short cut key and now I have to buy a screen protector that should have came with the monitor I'm a lil upset ...after so many people talking so highly of XP pen I expected more . I'm sorry but I think that the customer support should be a bit better
Sttonyda Munsta Hi, the calibration problem can be solved by correcting the dispaly setting in the computer and through calibration tab in driver. The parallax can be limited from 1.5mm to 2mm. You can find our official support on website www.xp-pen.com/ to assist you troubleshoot easier. The AC19 shortcut keys can be used on Artist 22HD. The tablet has already filmed with screen protector before ex-factory. If you didn't peel off the screen protector, you don't have to purchase another screen protector.

weird statement. the driver/software does not need to be installed specificly for every porgram. you install it once. it works. then in the settings you make profiles for each program.

I've seen other Windows10 users apply different programs to the device. I just got mine and using it in Photoshop. How do I apply other programs to it? For Example: This guy has a + option at the top of the program, to allow it used in said other programs.
