I've always found it a little ironic how Buu went on and on about what a huge asset Piccolo's intellect is to him when the smartest thing he's ever done (provoking Trunks and Goten to fuse so he can absorb them) was as a supposedly less smart version on him, and as Buutenks he didn't have the brains to finish off anyone before the kids' fusion time had run out. I guess there's not much you can do with Piccolo's shrewdness when it gets countered by Gotenks'... well, Gotenksiness.

Personally, personality can go a long way and that's how I feel about Kid Buu. It also would have been nice to see him face off against Gotenks in a battle of the brats. They are both loud little jerks. It would have been great.
Kid Buu would have definitely won. Not because of a power difference (I don't think there's a difference between Kid and Super Buu), but because his chaotic, unrelenting fury would make Gotenks panic
@@JoeFanik Kid Buu is weaker than Super Buu. It was explicitly stated the first Kai he absorbed increased his power. The second Kai decreased it (because of the Kai's purity) under normal conditions but he is stronger when angry. Super Buu has these boosts, while Kid Buu is his base.
Buutenks, while shorter lived compared to Buuhan, beginning the trend of Super Buu losing his original personality that made him intriguing, is underrated. His sophistication and mind games, especially the original Z dub. he plays with Gohan makes him a different animal than Super Buu, being able to break you physically and mentally. The use of the Fusion jacket blends very well with Buu’s design of a djinn and his human face on Super Buu’s chinless frame isn’t too distracting. It’s a shame that it’s short lived.
My favorite has always been Kid Buu/Pure Buu. All throughout Z, we have monologuing, posturing, and haughty villains. Raditz, Vegeta, Frieza, Cell, and even Super Buu. Heck, even Tenshinhan, Master Crane, Tao Pai Pai, and Demon King Piccolo in the original Dragon Ball tended to fall into that category somewhat. And, while we love all of them, this was something truly different, and didn't lose that sense of dread. Sure, he might be "weaker", but that just makes him all the more impressive when he holds his own against Goku, showing that a power-down isn't always a bad thing. It's only made all the more impressive by the fact that he doesn't utter a single, comprehensible word. No boasting, no bragging, no monologues. He's less a "villain" and more a pure force of nature, and even throughout Super, still remains fairly unique.
I have always held some favoritism towards Evil Buu (or Thin Buu which is what i like to call him) over the other Buu forms. Really a shame he's only in an handful of episodes.
Super Buu is my absolute favorite form. One of my favorite scenes is when he's drinking a soda and reading a magazine while Gotenks is lining up his ghosts. Toriyama did a good job making him stay horrifying while keeping his comedic traits there.
Kid Buu's savagery made him a personal favorite of mine, AND I love that he's an embodiment of Toriyama's "less is more" mindset when it comes to showing power through physique. I can totally see why he's the final form of Buu. I could even see Kid Buu achieving his own "Ultra" form if he were brought back today. "Ultra Fury," a state of mind where Buu attacks with such chaotic recklessness, his moves become completely unpredictable, letting him fight on par with opponents more powerful than him.
By all accounts buuhan is most likely to be the strongest form, gohan was easily stronger than gotenks meaning that even with the boys defused inside cell having literally all the other forms inside buu at that time and absorbing gohan, that right there had to be the pinnacle of buu's strength. No time limits, gohan's full potential unlocked by old kai and 3 powerful fighters in their own right of goten, trunks and piccolo. The fact is that the only person who was stronger than that form was vegito and that took goku and vegeta to become one being to achieve so yep I'm sticking with buuhan as buu's strongest form all be it one of the more boring ones in terms of character development
The first Majin Buu is my favorite because he is so unique compared to every other villain in the series with his childlike innocence with superpowers thing. I also kind of thought that he made for an interesting foil for Goku in the sense I think Goku could have easily ended up not being dissimilar from him if Grandpa Gohan and Roshi didn't instill discipline and morality into him. Kid Buu was really unique too but isn't fun and doesn't have an amazing bromance with Mr. Satan that remains one of my favorite plot points in the whole franchise because it is just so sweet and wholesome and Satan finally gets to be the hero.
Buuhan is honestly my favorite as he had the most potential, sadly that was squandered as Vegito just overpowered him big time. I like what Dragonball Multiverse did with the character in the universe where Buuhan won and became Zen Buu.
I honestly think Buutanks does have my favorite design. He looks better with the fusion vest on over Gotenks. I also do like the head piece being as long as it is to copy the crazy hair you get as a Super Saiyan 3.
I wish the buu with piccolo form got a lil more screen time (the one during the time Gohan was searching for the lost earring and gotenks defused inside buu) he kinda looked cool lol
I always thought Buuhan was stronger just because Gohan was more experienced than the boys. You see Buutenks personality is still fairly childish being primarily influenced by Gotenks. It is sort of like how Kid Buu is such a problem because it is a chaotic monster that can't be reasoned with, even tho it is technically weaker than all the Super Buu forms
Ultra/Huge Buu is perhaps the most underrated- while it does look like a Broly-esque form, its brutish nature and statements by the Saiyans that it’s probably potentially stronger than the initial Buu makes me wish it did fight briefly. It also has a nice primeval and savage edge that would be a welcome change to Super Buu’s growing ego with intelligence boosts.
The DBS Fit Buu is my favorite form. I wish he would use the form like a transformation. Taps into some of the remnants of the Daikaioshin's god ki that wasn't reincarnated into Uub. Big boost in power and speed. He would be way too OP. He has way too many hacks.
i think Buutanks because thats what Toriyama said and if Toriyama said it i think that makes it final, my favorite is Good Buu I think hes hilarious, my fav scene with him is probably "Hello girl you think Buu sexy?"
Super Buu is my favorite. He's got a top tier design (imo) that I think fits well with the previous villains while still being incredibly unique. I also really like the fact that he still maintains that limited tone of speech from fat buu, which again, makes him stand out from villains like Freeza and Cell who both had a more sophisticated style of talking
The initial Super Buu is a reversal of the initial Buu, being muscular, more foreboding and insane. He has this endearing oafishness mixed with his sudden acts of extreme violence combined with his unpredictable temper makes him dangerous to be around. His use of his elastic body is more minimal than the initial Buu aside from the coil constraint, the liquid reformation and of course, forcing himself down his enemy’s body until they explode. He’s more of a physical brawler with his most iconic technique being the barrage of precise homing beams that drive humanity to near extinction. It is a shame he loses a lot of those qualities when he stars absorbing people.
His boost in intelligence after absorbing Gotenks made no sense. That character(s) isn't known for smarts or wisdom. Buucolo and Buutenks is more appropriate (especially the former).
@@Ergeniz it’s mostly a combination of Gotenks’ strengths and Piccolo’s mind- Super Buu takes the physical traits of the strongest being Gotenks prior to the defusion and Piccolo after.
Logically Speaking Buuhan is the strongest of the Buu's and I can back it up with various evidence based on power comparisons to other fighters First off when Super Buu absorbed a fighter it was pretty much just an addition of their power onto his. So based on this we can obviously rule out Regular Super Buu or Buuiccolo out of contention as they had lesser fighters absorbed than Buutenks or Buuhan. Now for the others we need to look at comparisons with other fighters. Fat Buu vs SSJ3 Goku we clearly see Goku as being the dominant force in this fight. Fat Buu was still able to put up a fight but it was clear Goku was stronger. However in Kid Buu vs SSJ3 Goku it is clear the fight is much more even and requires Goku to use the Spirit Bomb to win making Kid Buu>Fat Buu so we can remove Fat Buu from the consideration. Goku was confident a SSJ Gotenks would be able to defeat Fat Buu however when Buu went into his Super Buu form the fighters were aware that Gotenks needed more training and was why they sent him to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber to train as much as he could. However even with this extra training Gotenks was not able to defeat Super Buu. You could argue that Gotenks in SSJ3 might have been able to get the job done but from what we saw Super Buu was toying with SSJ Gotenks and going SSJ3 cut the fusion time from 1 hour to only 5 minutes (which Buutenks clearly wasn't using against Gohan) So why did I feel the need to point this out? Well if Goku thought SSJ Gotenks was strong enough to beat Fat Buu this would mean Goku thought that SSJ Gotenks was equivalent to SSJ3 Goku. Which if Super Buu even with Gotenks getting an extra month of training was still far more powerful we can put Super Buu > Kid Buu Now as far as Evil Buu we don't really have any good feats of power to go off of but since I'd imagine Fat Buu + Evil Buu > Evil Buu I think it's safe to say this is not the strongest form Now the question of BuuTenks vs BuuHan. It simply comes down to who is stronger Gotenks or Ultimate Gohan? Based on their performance against Super Buu (excluding SSJ3 Gotenks) it is clear Ultimate Gohan > SSJ Gotenks however we could argue SSJ3 Gotenks > Ultimate Gohan however Buutenks clearly wasn't using this form as the fusion lasted way too long. Also Ultimate Gohan was still believed to be stronger than Buuiccolo which was Super Buu + Piccolo + Goten + Trunks so would be logically stronger than just plain old Super Buu. Knowing all this information it is unreasonable to believe that Buuhan would be weaker than Buutenks so it is safe to put Buuhan as the strongest form of Buu.
Great discussion Masako! I'm glad we got the real confirmation that was always right in front of us that Buuhan is at the top in strength. I wish instead of them overhyping kid Buu to be the strongest (when he wasn't top 3 Buu's IMO) they called him the most dangerous version. Like an evil animalistic creature hell bent on unyielding mass destruction. I still believe that super Buu is stronger than kid Buu, but I could easily understand kid Buu being a far more dangerous opponent with a roughly similar battle power. To me the addition of fat Buu and the absorbed supreme Kai inside of super Buu is why I feel he's stronger outright, but is way too lazy and dumb to use it very effectively. Kid Buu being slightly weaker, but is hyper aware of how to use every ounce of his strength to eviscerate anyone that shows up. Excited to watch your coverage of the rest of the breakfast arc!
merry christmas masakox!!! :3 i love good/mr. buu the most as while i didn't take him seriously as the final threat of z i liked his and along with gohan/videl & dabura(should've been the main antagonist.)/the ending(for actually feeling like classic dragonball in tone.) were my favorite parts of the arc. also like evil buu for how as much as i hate how it came when buu was about to change to good it's the only time i got outright scared of him(those eye's man and the brutal ways he kills those gunmen.),fit buu(actually would love to see it come back as i think buu could work if you nerf him.:3) and kid buu for being the most primal villain in dragonball that i'd love to see another attempt at and think should've been a follow up from super buu instead of wasting gohan with buuhan.
I think an obvious solve for all the super buu forms would have been to make the clothes match his preexisting clothes color wise, making a white gi with black undertones or hell, inverse that for some sinister vibes. It's a simple fix, but a good one. Also, maybe instead of getting smarter, their more unique traits like the fusions goofiness furthers buu's, piccolo's calmness and gohan's anger are what's exemplified when they're the strongest one absorbed. This would also make vegito's interactions more effective.
With Evil Buu, there’s a unique contrast to it compared to the initial Buu, lanky, serious frames or masking insanity beneath the skin, and gray to the first’s chubby, silly with budding emotional depth, and pink. The color palette of gray with blue cape is unique. It marks a nice transition between the silly Buu and the much darker forms of Super/Kid Buu. The most striking feature is the black sclera eyes with white irises- being an inverse of the Fat Buu’s white eyes with black pupils. It’s unnatural and highlights that it’s a being of pure evil. It’s a shame Super Buu didn’t revert back to this form, but it would be hard to have a climatic battle with a lanky, long chinned Buu with a cape.
I can argue that Van Zant is even worse than Spopovich. What he did to Videl was horrifyingly violent but he was under Babidi's spell so he isn't his actual self. Van Zant, however, wasn't possessed at all. He's just that evil on his own.
My fave is Super Buu. I feel he was the version of Buu that had the IT factor and enough personality to carry the arc as the villain through and through. Way I saw it, he could do everything Kid Buu could do and could tap into that wildness anytime he wanted, but had self control and willpower. He was stupid and a genius at the same time. And he wasn't really crazy, but mentally unhinged/unstable, which we've never truly seen fleshed out in a villain before. He reminds me of Kane from WWE when he first went maskless in 2003-4.
I believe that the anime dialog caused lots of confusion regarding Buu. Here is my opinion. When the Kais discussed Buu in flashbacks they mention that him absorbing the Kais weakened him. People took this to mean that any form of Buu with someone absorbed was weaker than his original form. However I believe this to be true of only the Kais. Supreme Kai mentioned that South Kai was the strongest among them when he fought Buu and yet he was also extremely surprised at the level of power displayed by Gohan, Goku and Vegeta. So while I do believe the Kais weakened Buu, when he absorbed Gotenks and Gohan these both strengthened Buu leading to stronger forms. So I believe the power scale goes like this. 1. Buuhan 2. Buutenks 3. Kid Buu 4. Super Buu 5. Buucolo 6. Fat Buu
Fat Buu was hilarious, and his interactions with Mr. Satan were awesome. Kid Buu is honestly the coolest to me though. Maybe Buuhan would be up there as well. He was essentially an upgraded Super Buu imo. Super Buu had the best personality out of all of them though. Kid Buu has the coolest aesthetic and that crazy scream and erratic behavior we love Edit: i just noticed you're using "Innocent Buu." First time I have ever heard that phrase. For the past 20+ years it's been "Fat Buu."
Big Boi Majin Buu will pretty much always be my fave, but Buu’s “shaped up form” in Super was amazing-My fave character actually training up, not just slimming himself. And still looking great rockin’ his good ol’ jacket, pants, and gloves
They really missed an opportunity with Buu-tenks/-collo. When he fights Gohan, he shows how he knows how Gohans fights and uses it against him, teaching him humility before beating him down. We see a bit of this but not enough to sink in. He should have used the personalities of the absorbed more against the other Z fighters.
Buuhan is very mixed. On one hand, his added chin and using everything in his arsenal makes him a fully fledged fighter whose power makes it clear he’s the 2nd strongest entity of the original continuity, the apex of Buu’s potential. On the other hand, he’s lost the original quirks that made Super Buu engaging- with the insufferable personality seeping into the initial Super Buu facing Goku/Vegeta when he faces them inside himself. Buuhan is on the surface, Perfect Cell 2.0, but his overall incompetence and his overconfidence makes him not even a proper Cell clone as he lacks the charisma, nuance, and intimidation that made Cell perfect- coming across as Buuhan overshadowing sophistication with brattiness that makes Freeza and Cell seem more mature in comparison. Buuhan’s Roshi Gi looks misplaced on Super Buu and he definitely looks better with it off.
These Boo fandom debates about the strongest one reminds me of the debates around the strongest Hulk. They are in a lot of ways very similar characters once you understand them.
The Buu Names that I grew up with are a bit different than what's presented here: Fat Buu (The Original good one) Evil Buu (The Thin Grey One) Super Buu (Fusion of Fat and Evil Buu) Fusion Buu (Buu's Various Fusion forms, with Piccolo, Gotenks, and Gohan, he is most often depicted with Gotenks' shirt) Kid Buu (The little one at the end) Also, the Forms of Cell I grew up with as a bonus: Cell (Original) Ultra Cell (+Android 17) Perfect Cell (Both Androids) Ultra Perfect Cell (When he comes back after blowing up)
Would've liked to see his thoughts on the budokai 2 forms where super buu absorbs other characters but I guess it wouldn't be more than judging the looks they add to his design.
Evil Buu, Semi-Perfect Cell, and Freeza's 3rd form always getting the shaft when it comes to games. I can understand why Freeza's 3rd form cus of the Xenomorph visual similarities though
I agree with Evil Buu & Third For, Freeza. If anything though, I feel the same way you feel about Semi-Perfect Cell except with Imperfect Cell. Some media just go with Perfect Cell and that’s it.
It's like Buu turned himself *inside out* in his transition from Mr. Buu to Super Buu. I wonder how truly significant the difference is in their power. I bet it's actually closer than most people think, but because Super Buu isn't as suppressed by the good, he's a bit stronger.
Fat Buu and Super Buu are the same. The change is when Grey Buu absorbs Mr Buu, he suppresses the Grand Supreme Kai's influence and has full access to the power. Fat Buu before the split could only tap into the full power when he got angry. Fat Buu (pre split) and Super Buu are actually the same power.
I wish the evil Grey Buu had been the primary one. He looked the most overtly evil, and was a cool, collected fighter who barely wasted a move and whose attacks were focused and effective.
Buu stength ratings IMO, Kid, Buff, evil, Mister, super, Buucolllo, Buutenks, Buuhan. Kid seems to have the most effective regeneration, and as mentioned is the most savage.
I'll be hipster a minute and say my personal favorite is Zen-buu from the Dragon Ball multiverse comic. A version of Buu that absorbed all of the strongest and brightest of both the dragon team and the universe and is now this all powerful chaotic neutral being that simply goes where ever and solves people's problems if they interest him enough. It's hard to call him an individual when it's this collective of dozens if not hundreds of individuals that crowd the original Buu's identity. But he eats up every scene he's in and is unhinged enough you never truely know what he's after or why.
I'm just gonna say, It's always been Buu, Frieza, Cell, in that order for me. Always so strange when I hear basically all Dragon Ball fans call him the worst of the Z villains when I think the complete opposite, but hey, it be what it be!
To my knowledge the Buu power rank is: Trained Buu (time + training makes him stronger by default, moving on) Gotenks Fused Gohan Buff Buu (had Kais' power) Super Buu Fat Buu Kid Buu PicoBuu Evil Buu This is based on absorption, powers possessed by absorption, and how it would affect the scale. This isn't taking personalities or intelligence into account, hence the lower ratings of Picobuu and Kid Buu who are technically much scarier opponents in these forms despite to weaker or even nerfed powers they possess. As for favoritism ranking... Trained Buu (I want to see more of him!) Fat Buu (he's our friend) Super Buu (before absorbing, he was interesting and even conflicted) Kid Buu (Chaotic and wild) PicoBuu (despite being weaker, I like him thinking of how to use his abilities and catching Gohan completely off guard) BuuTenks (cocky but a good fight) Buuhan (the show became a one sided beatdown and Buuhan was just Super Buu with a much higher power) EvilBuu (eh, kind just looks unhealthy and angry)
The slimmed Buu is very underrated, having the best aspects of Fat/Super Buu, making me wish this form fought in the T.O.P. thought Freeza proved very engaging.
Aside from his absorption forms, Majin Buu is my favorite Dragon Ball villain. He's an unpredictable force of chaos capable of doing good or evil. My favorite version of him is Super Buu with nobody absorbed, with Fat Buu a close second. If Fit Buu had been more than just a fake out, he would have taken #1 easily!
Kid/Pure Buu is one hand, unique that it’s a punt sized ball of madness that utilizes his body to its fullest extent and the mindless savagery does contrast with the sophistication of previous villains. On the other hand, its like Super Buu Jr made because Evil Buu wouldn’t look imposing as a final threat and the battle feels more of a philosophical resolution and warm up match turned disastrous rather than the hopeless and overwhelming fights of previous main villains- not helped by the fact it came after the Super Buu mess. It’s primordial origins being explored would’ve been better near the beginning and it feels like a glorified excuse to shove Goku’s lineage out of the inheritance of their father’s will in favor of the reincarnation of the being that essentially wiped out everything.

He actually does say four words in his fight with Good Buu. "Me Buu. Not You."
@@jamainegardner4193 that makes him badass he musters up the words to say some clean, smooth, deprecating things
@@jamainegardner4193 He also says "Dumb Dumbs" and "Buu squash you like bugs" while in the afterlife.
I have always held some favoritism towards Evil Buu (or Thin Buu which is what i like to call him) over the other Buu forms. Really a shame he's only in an handful of episodes.
he qa sonly in 2 episodes while in the manga 1 chapter within 9 pages and his manga version never talk once
My favorite is super Buu. There's something about the way he looks, how he acts and the faces he makes that makes him feel really alien and demonic
In terms of power this order makes the most sense:
Buuhan>Buutenks>Buu(Piccolo absorbed)>Super Buu>Kid Buu=Evil Buu>Fat Buu
Toriyama has stated that kidd buu is the strongest
@@karljohnston1936 Cap
When it comes to Buu, my favorite form has to be "Fit Buu" from Super. It just irritates me that of course nothing came from it.
Kid Buu is my fav. Smol incarnation of extinction, we love to see it.
Really wish we got to see more of fit Buu, I loved that design in Super.
Also the form Buu took in the Moro saga was pretty great too.
I wish buff Buu in Super had stuck around for more than one training fight, he was criminally underused.
MASAKO YOUR VIDEOS AR PERFECT
I don't care which is stronger, I just love Buuhan. Both in the anime and games (especially Xenoverse 2, glad he got a custom key uwu)
Buuhan is honestly my favorite as he had the most potential, sadly that was squandered as Vegito just overpowered him big time.
I like what Dragonball Multiverse did with the character in the universe where Buuhan won and became Zen Buu.
The Super Buu form is my favorite, because it's the one I draw the most when I was in middle school.
Buutenks is my favorite because of his tendril getting longer mimicking Super Saiyan 3. Also that fusion jacket looks good on him.
Best to Worst IMO
1. Kid Buu
2. Super Buu
3.Evil Buu
4.Buutenks
5. Buuhan
5. Buucilio
6. Buff Buu
7. Fat Buu
If I missed any sorry
Always happy to see more Masako, thanks bro!
4:53 "Dabura cookies"?
I CAN'T BUU-LIEVE THIS! NOW YOU'RE MAKING ME HUNGRY!!!! 🤦🏽♂️
A truly magical video
Evil Buu will always be my favorite. I just like the lanky design and the darker tone. Wish he'd have stayed around longer.
I too wish Evil Buu would've stuck around, he was far more interesting than all the other following buus, imo.
Thanks for dropping this. Am doing dialysis this morning and needed something to watch. Thanks and Merry Christmas Eve
This was nice, I managed to get a bad cold right on Christmas Eve, and Good Buu is one of my favorite characters besides 18. Merry Christmas Masako!
Merry Christmas Masako!
"What if android 21 was canon" day 23
Merry Christmas masako!
Hi masako
Logically Speaking Buuhan is the strongest of the Buu's and I can back it up with various evidence based on power comparisons to other fighters
First off when Super Buu absorbed a fighter it was pretty much just an addition of their power onto his.
You could argue that Gotenks in SSJ3 might have been able to get the job done but from what we saw Super Buu was toying with SSJ Gotenks and going SSJ3 cut the fusion time from 1 hour to only 5 minutes (which Buutenks clearly wasn't using against Gohan)
So why did I feel the need to point this out? Well if Goku thought SSJ Gotenks was strong enough to beat Fat Buu this would mean Goku thought that SSJ Gotenks was equivalent to SSJ3 Goku. Which if Super Buu even with Gotenks getting an extra month of training was still far more powerful we can put Super Buu > Kid Buu
Now as far as Evil Buu we don't really have any good feats of power to go off of but since I'd imagine Fat Buu + Evil Buu > Evil Buu I think it's safe to say this is not the strongest form
Now the question of BuuTenks vs BuuHan.
Kid buu is my favorite I love his feral and psycho personality it really makes his fights unique because of how unstable he is
merry christmas masakox!!! :3
i love good/mr. buu the most as while i didn't take him seriously as the final threat of z i liked his and along with gohan/videl & dabura(should've been the main antagonist.)/the ending(for actually feeling like classic dragonball in tone.) were my favorite parts of the arc.
also like evil buu for how as much as i hate how it came when buu was about to change to good it's the only time i got outright scared of him(those eye's man and the brutal ways he kills those gunmen.),fit buu(actually would love to see it come back as i think buu could work if you nerf him.:3) and kid buu for being the most primal villain in dragonball that i'd love to see another attempt at and think should've been a follow up from super buu instead of wasting gohan with buuhan.
Another cool video !
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to Masako and everyone else !
It took me entirely too long to notice Buu's got a full on derp face going on.
Well played.
I can argue that Van Zant is even worse than Spopovich. What he did to Videl was horrifyingly violent but he was under Babidi's spell so he isn't his actual self. Van Zant, however, wasn't possessed at all. He's just that evil on his own.
Also, Videl agreed to that fight. She could’ve tapped out at any point
1. Buuhan
2. Buutenks
3. Kid Buu
4. Super Buu
5. Buucolo
6. Fat Buu
You forgot a couple forms from Dragon Ball Heroes! You know, the Kid Buu that absorbed Demon God Dabura, and then absorbed Janemba.
Buuhan is my favorite! Intelligent, strong and creative fighter but poor temper like all forms of buu
Kid Buu has the coolest aesthetic and that crazy scream and erratic behavior we love
Edit: i just noticed you're using "Innocent Buu." First time I have ever heard that phrase. For the past 20+ years it's been "Fat Buu."
I always remember as a kid thought super buu is kid buu's final form
takayou yama: Okay I'll clear up who it the strongest buu.
The entire dbz fandom: You fool! You have no idea what you just unleashed.
Big Boi Majin Buu will pretty much always be my fave, but Buu’s “shaped up form” in Super was amazing-My fave character actually training up, not just slimming himself. And still looking great rockin’ his good ol’ jacket, pants, and gloves
Buu's thing got bigger when he took in Piccolo, Goten, and Trunks at the same time
To quote Masako, 17, Piccolo, 18 & 16: *_STOP IT_*
@@WarmLusamine To think after taking in Vegito Buu had 7 guys inside him all at once.
They really missed an opportunity with Buu-tenks/-collo. When he fights Gohan, he shows how he knows how Gohans fights and uses it against him, teaching him humility before beating him down. We see a bit of this but not enough to sink in. He should have used the personalities of the absorbed more against the other Z fighters.
honestly my favorite design is Buutenks, mainly because of the vest, i really like fusions, so i love the weird puffy vest
Kid Buu in the original db actually talked a little
In my opinion this is how the buus are strenghtwise: buuhan>buutenks>buuccolo>Super Buu>Massive Buu>Kid Buu>Evil Buu>Fat Buu
pretty close. Buuhan > Buutenks > Buuccolo >=< Massive Buu > Super Buu = Fat Buu (pre split) > Kid Buu = Evil "Grey" Buu > Mr Buu (the good fat buu after the split).
Sales Pitch: Licensed Dabura Cookies!
11:01 hooo that gave me a good chuckle!
If games keep on giving us What If forms of Buu I'd like to see a "What if Majin Buu absorbed the entire Ginyu Force?" form. That sounds fun.
From Now On We Shall Refer To Him As The Buu Karot
Smol Buu is my favorite.
Smol characters in general--
The Buu Names that I grew up with are a bit different than what's presented here:
Fat Buu (The Original good one)
Evil Buu (The Thin Grey One)
Super Buu (Fusion of Fat and Evil Buu)
Fusion Buu (Buu's Various Fusion forms, with Piccolo, Gotenks, and Gohan, he is most often depicted with Gotenks' shirt)
Kid Buu (The little one at the end)
Also, the Forms of Cell I grew up with as a bonus:
Cell (Original)
Ultra Cell (+Android 17)
Perfect Cell (Both Androids)
Ultra Perfect Cell (When he comes back after blowing up)
My favourite one is Buutenks, I really like his style.
Would've liked to see his thoughts on the budokai 2 forms where super buu absorbs other characters but I guess it wouldn't be more than judging the looks they add to his design.
11:00 Buucolo knew from piccolo that if he tried to absorb gohan, that there would be no way gohan could dodge the attempt
7:57; Oh please God, don't start arguing alignments!
I LOVE Evil Buu. Always been my favorite based on looks alone
Well have a merry Christmas and happy New Year to you too masako I hope you holiday is filled with very yummy buu candy
Honestly Dokkan has made me love Buutenks
Same.
@@WarmLusamine especially considering that imperfect Cell is when he’s at his best
I freakin loved buff buu when he absorbed south supreme ki, bloody dangerous then he goes and absorbs that badass
An Uncle Roger reference, my God you’re one of a kind sir 😂😂
My favorite part of but was that he just wants to eat you. Freeze wants plants and cell wants to be the best. But wants to eat you.
Wonder how many cookies some Heroes Boos would get...
Xeno-Janembuu and Kid Babibuu.
To my knowledge the Buu power rank is:
Trained Buu (time + training makes him stronger by default, moving on)
Gotenks Fused
Gohan
Buff Buu (had Kais' power)
Super Buu
Fat Buu
Kid Buu
PicoBuu
Evil Buu
This is based on absorption, powers possessed by absorption, and how it would affect the scale. This isn't taking personalities or intelligence into account, hence the lower ratings of Picobuu and Kid Buu who are technically much scarier opponents in these forms despite to weaker or even nerfed powers they possess.
As for favoritism ranking...
Trained Buu (I want to see more of him!)
Fat Buu (he's our friend)
Super Buu (before absorbing, he was interesting and even conflicted)
Kid Buu (Chaotic and wild)
PicoBuu (despite being weaker, I like him thinking of how to use his abilities and catching Gohan completely off guard)
BuuTenks (cocky but a good fight)
Buuhan (the show became a one sided beatdown and Buuhan was just Super Buu with a much higher power)
EvilBuu (eh, kind just looks unhealthy and angry)
The slimmed Buu is very underrated, having the best aspects of Fat/Super Buu, making me wish this form fought in the T.O.P. thought Freeza proved very engaging.
Aside from his absorption forms, Majin Buu is my favorite Dragon Ball villain. He's an unpredictable force of chaos capable of doing good or evil. My favorite version of him is Super Buu with nobody absorbed, with Fat Buu a close second. If Fit Buu had been more than just a fake out, he would have taken #1 easily!
curious what maseko thinks of zen Buu from Multiverse
