- as The Godfather would say, Noom made me an offer I couldn't refuse, so I went back on the plan and I have lost 6-8 lb. my experience this time is very different in terms of the coaching and the guidance side so I felt the need for an updated review.

Happy to know Noom got back to you, and made you an offer you could not refuse. I wonder if there is a YT video about your new watch? Congratulations on your weight loss! Congratulations on your weight journey. One warning I found out the hard way. Weight loss and aging effects the way you metabolism meds you have been on for long periods. The cardiologist has adjusted my meds and skipped the pacemaker because I was getting too much of a med that I had been on for years.

Thank you so much my friend! I have a lot of trauma in my life around weight loss and resulting weight gain. All that is in the past but it still Creeps in to haunt me when I'm trying to lose. You have a wonderful weekend as well, Mary! ❤️

@@homehelpheart7440 absolutely I think support is key, I'm the same, I miss the Zumba and yoga classes I used to go to and the coffee meet ups after class to encourage each other to keep going stay on track 🥰

Wish I had read this when I joined in May, 2022 and fighting "over" charges today July 2022 !!
Plus Food Color chart is off. Example: Tilapia can be either Green or Yellow. Doesn't specify on list why? Also finding Corn Tortillas, can be Green or Yellow. Doesn't specify why? Noom claims cooking techniques. However LIST DOESNT SPECIFY.
Upsetting all these new problems and FACTS about Noom just found. I was so into it, until found my own discrepancies with Noom Company policies. Sad, be true
