Mac & Cheese , with chili crisp

A big, heaping bowl of ooey-gooey mac and cheese. According to the study, fatty foods-like cheese-trigger a pathway of signals to reward centers in the brain, while carbohydrate-loaded foods-like pasta-take another route. So when combined, our brains light up like crazy.
INGREDIENTS:
200g Elbow Macaroni
300g Cheese
400ml Milk
2tbsp Flour
50g Butter
Salt
Black Pepper
Fresh Green Chilies
Bread Crumbs

I love your channel, I love Mac and cheese, and for me this addition of grated breadcrumbs with chili is a real good idea that I never had. Thank you so much for that .
This being said I have a few numbers of remarks to improve your recipe:
To begin with, the macs should not be fully cooked because when you add the hot sauce, it might get over cooked.
Then about the cheese that you use, it must not be stringy, because it will agglomerate, and your sauce doesn't like it.
Finally, be easy on the salt because the cheese are already salted, but you can put chill, or pepper at taste. Some people add nutmeg, be easy on it too, otherwise it takes all the space.
I also think that you should add acidity, like a drop of lemon juice. This would make the dish less heavy.
