My best memory is helping grandma make peach cobbler. Her cobblers were made for church and especially the Sundays the preacher was at her house for dinner after church. (Dinner for us is lunch😂😂)
My job? Climbing the peach trees in her orchard.😊

1.5 cups flour
1/2 cub lard
1/3 cup milk
2 cups fruit
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
1 stick of butter melted in 9x13 pan
30 minutes at 350 degrees
