Can we melt the butter in a Stainless steel bowl insteas of glass?

Because stainless steel is a great conductor of heat... the butter will loose its nutritional value. She said it once in one of her vids. Pyrex is a bit thick so it takes a little while for the heat to penetrate

Yes you could use your stainless steel container, only thing different you would do is turn off the stove before placing the butter in the warm water bath.
