What would make this car absolutely complete, would be rear vents for the ac.
Rear vents for ac and a passenger side front seat that is adjustable like the driver front seat. My wife and and I recently got a 2023 White Kia Soul EX. Great job on your recent reviews of that particular trim line.
The rear vents are underneath driver and passenger seat.

I got the 2023 LX, and I like it a lot. However, in viewing your video I’m thinking it might have been nice to spring for the extras on the EX. The wireless charger alone would be handy, and I like the LED lights. Nicely done video, by the way.

I finally decided to buy Kia soul 2023, EX model, here the LED lights making a mystery! Does EX trim has those? If it does are those just reflective or projector lamps? Is it a single bulb or small series bulbs? What design that holds? In case if they are halogen bulbs are those pre-aimed to convert in to LEDs without altering factory built electrical circuit?

This is exactly my model that I just picked up a week ago and the same colour….the camera does not do this colour justice it is absolutely beautiful and so underrated when the sun hits it absolutely stunning I have had many compliments on it from complete strangers😄…..this car is greatly improved the drive is so nice and quiet and so much smoother than it ever has been before!….my ONLY disappointment is the wireless charger it is extremely slow to charge and my phone gets unbelievably hot on the charger will not use it unfortunately 😢…. Great tech review….Thank You!
I’m glad you’re enjoying your new vehicle. We LOVE the colour and it was so much fun to film. It’s definietly a vehicle thats close to being perfect 😉 but there’s still imporvements to be made. Hopefully, we be able to see some tech improvements from Kia in the future.
I have the Kia Soul S model in gravity gray. The difference in features is keyless entry and auto engine shut off and restart

I have a 2015 Soul +, been thinking of trading it in for a new one. I’ve had mine for 7 years and have 115,000 miles on it and haven’t had a single problem aside from a dead battery.

No LED headlights or tail lights on the US EX model. Only on the GT if you add $2400 tech package

We’re happy to have a variety vehicle price poiints - especially with the inventory shortage.
I just bought a new 2023 Soul EX here in the states, and it has features that the EX in this video doesn't have. Such as push button start, 10 inch screen, navigation system, Serius XM radio, climate control, moon roof, the rear cargo area is carpeted. So why would the EX in Canada be different than those sold in the states?
That window roll down safety feature is great to see. I've lost 3 kids because of that 😕

The EX does not have LED headlights; they are optional on the GT Line only (since the Turbo model was dropped for 2023). At least, that’s how it is in the U.S.
Hi Mark! We are based in Ontario, Canada, and use the Canadian specs. Vehicles are spec’d different from country to country - in Canada, the EX is equipped with full LED headlights. However, the LED’s can show up different on camera.
To answer your other questions about the infotainment system, in Canada the EX has the 8” display and the EX Premium has the upgraded 10.25” multimedia interface with navigation.
It’s always interesting to see which trims get what features and how tey avry from country to country! Thanks for watching

The EX is the highest trim for US models. We’re located in Canada and the vehicles are spec’d differently. In Canada, the GT-Line Limited is the highest trim and the EX is a mid-tier trim, just above the base LX.
