I really appreciate that this song is just raw fun, perhaps in contrast to the difficulty of the fight. It speaks to who Jevil is as a character. When he says he wants to play a game, he doesn't say that as a means of intimidation--he really just wants to play a numbers game. He's insane, but not *evil*.
It also contrasts with megalovania: while megalo is a song related to vengeance and contempt by the boss' part, this song shows a total different emotion of fun and chaos, just like its boss :> Its kinda funny to see the parallels :p

Well, it took about 3 hours over the course of a few days, but I finally beat Jevil through force and pacifying him. I finally got the hang of his stage 1 merry go round attack, but the upgraded form still screws me over. He is a hard sucker for sure, but I'm glad I persisted.
well, for me, i've tried fighting him for about a year and i got SUPER CLOSE, AND I FEEL LIKE I COULD'VE BEATEN HIM IF I ATTACKED WITH SUSIE, but then i decided to heal in case i dont kill him because then i would die, but i died by the easy merry go round attack because i was shaking so much. sorry for the rant.
For me the second merry go round is easier lol also he is actually not that hard in my opinion. Spamton is harder to me because of the yellow soul mechanics.
