I am intrigued by this song. I am new to Architects - purely because until I retired to look after my partner I had spent most of the last thirty years listening to modern classical music and only when I started to explore some of the music from 1980 to 1995 roughly when I was active in punk and hardcore music in Britain did I discover its grandchildren / step-grandchildren. Architects by this point were in a category I would describe as "great early stuff but more recently have been seen as problematic" so I had not tried them out. So when this song hit the reactor community and spread like wild fire I was intrigued to: hear them for the first time and to see what folks felt about this song and what the band was doing.
I have nothing but respect for this band. All metal bands can be attacked at times simply because people aren’t used to the aggressive nature of the music. I’m glad to have you here and checking out a new genre with us! Hope you like some of the bands featured at headbang harbor and come back each week! 🤘🏻
Sam Carter's bleghs are like my dog food. I could hear them 1000 times and it's never going to get old. This songs chorus definitely has some like nu metal vibes to it which i don't hate. I'm one of the people that doesn't really mind the change in their style over time, especially when it's ultimately what makes the band happiest. I know making the same sounding album over and over again could be exhausting. Good stuff though man I'm glad the channel is back up to normal
I agree wholeheartedly. I like how bands are making more hard alternative stuff as long as they don’t forget their roots. Happy you’re still here grinding with us brother ✊🏻
