Today we're checking out my new @KieselGuitarsTV guitar!!
I wanted to do something fun and different for a 7 string guitar... and this one is definitely different than the last two!
This is the Type-X guitar from Kiesel. It is my first headless guitar and this thing plays like a dream!
It's awesome to get a "fun" guitar design while it also be of the highest build quality!

the best thing about headless is the weight distribution when standing. You dont have to put ANY effort into holding the neck in position, no guitar diving when you let go. its amazing

Dude...THAT GUITAR!!! I too have a soft spot for anything with a maple fretboard...but the red brings it to another level. I love it!!

Always wanted a Kiesel/Carvin after visiting their showroom in San Diego. They were Carvin back then. They make amazing guitars to order. One of these days. 👍

On all the Kiesels I have gotten so far I have raise the saddles on the low strings so they strings don't buzz. Especially on 7 strings. They play great though and sound amazing.
Happy for you Jamie! Some day i will buy some superstrat with tremolo bridge. Now i have 2 guitars with fix bridges, need more fun tricks on guitar.

Dude, I started using the ClipLock straps when I got my MKH Les Paul and I love them. I bought a second one for my Jackson.

Beautiful guitar! For some reason, this x style is the only headless guitar I think looks better without a headstock

More Marty and Jason would be great. After you play this a couple weeks compare it to your numbers guitar. The headless feel is oddly appealing. However from a fan perspective, watching someone play on a guitar with a headstock seems more energetic. I’d love for a cover of Lost Symphony Take Another Piece;)
I have a Headless Delos 7 and I love it. However, if you play in drop A (like I do) you'll need to get a much heavier gauge low string to get decent tension. Otherwise get a multiscale. I have some issues with this cause I pick really hard. Just a heads up for those who might want to get one.
I use a baritone .074 for the low string :)
I hate the explorer, I hate the Ibanez & ness types of these guitars but I fkn love this lol

Hey, not sure about the guitar, but you are a shredding machine for sure ) Kiesel should be proud you're playing their axes. I'm totally for the headless guitars. El guitar is an innovation by definition. Why to keep the unnecessary parts (e.g. the head-stock) or to place the bridge in the middle of the body as if it (substantially) increased sustain? Would you change anything in this particular model? If so, what would it be? Does Kiesel have the weird neck back as Strandberg EndurNeck? Could you pls review a baritone guitar(s) in future. Finish-wise - i'd go for the natural/wood bodies.
I'd play that for sure. I'd love a green one with roasted maple neck and richlite fretboard. Maybe if I sell a few... awesome guitar congrats on NGD.

Bit flashy, isn't it? I like a nice, brown or neutral gray guitar with no jarring angles or surprise features, strummed calmly offstage by a quiet person in a dark suit.
I think with your skill you can get away with any guitars 😂 you can bring that to a wedding and when you perform people will accept it lol

The case is so strong Kiesel made a video dropping a guitar off the roof of their factory and the guitar was perfectly fine. Best cases I’ve owned 😊👍

Not a fan of the aesthetic to be honest, But I'm rather old.🙂
Personally I think headless guitars just look stupid. Just my honest opinion. I'm sure it's very ergonomic tho
