Looks absolutely delicious! I'd only add a quick mushroom and red wine sauce to make it even fancier ❤️

This looks amazing! I don't even like squash and am certainly not a vegetarian, but I look forward to making this for my next special occasion!

I’d love to see some wild food involved in struggle meals
Wild apples, blackberries, mushrooms, dandelion etc

My family and I ate not vegetarians, and my oldest child is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts. Any recommendations on a substitute for the almonds? I feel like there would be alot of flavour lost without some kind of substitute.

Is your kid allergic to sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, or pepitas (a specific type of pumpkin seed, apparently -- the ones at our local bulk food section come already spiced)? Roasted seeds can bring a lot of flavor.
A quick search suggests that some other subs might be beans/legumes (soybeans, chickpeas, regular peas -- though as peanuts are a legume, look into whether your child is also allergic to other legumes) and... pretzels? I found this quote: “I like to use pretzels in place of nuts in recipes, like pie crusts and chicken coatings. I’ve also crushed them on top of desserts and ice creams where chopped nuts would go.”

Do you have a ‘teen’ version? I think my grandkids would enjoy your videos and trying out some recipes.

I'm curious what you think would be different about a "teen version" of these videos.

This is much better with a Jap/Kent pumpkin. Butternut is more sickly sweet, but Kent has a richer and sweeter flavour. Any of those fancy smaller pumpkins that have good thick flesh are great, too. Given the price of meat, it only makes sense to eat more meals without it.

Why did Frankie pay for the parsley? Doesn't he have some free ones in his herb garden?

There's no Recipe on your website for this...
I went on it several times,
How come you don't post recipe on here??
    What's the point??

Thanksgiving?!?! This should've been posted a month ago. Or it should be marketed as a Christmas dish or something.
