Fiat Panda 100hp and Abarth 500 - Front Suspension bushes

  • Something that comes up a lot. I was in a position to film it so here it is. I've shown usinge a press and i've gone full redneck on it too. One thing I didnt mention in the vid is that the OE bushes for the 100 and the Abarth for that matter are more substantial (I'm using a standard 500 arm because cheap and i'm replacing the bushes) so you will have more fun getting them out, however the arms with the proper bushes are a a premium and if you are changing the bushes (And doing the arm at the same time is prudent because of the ball joint) then it doesnt matter.
    Bushes used are Powerflex for the Abarth:

    These bushes are the same for the Panda arms.

    Just worth noting, if you lube up the poly bush, apply ptfe tape/teflon tape to the bush and then lube on top of that its supposed to stop the squeaking. I'm fitting poly bushes on my ford ka (fiat 500 underneath) and doing this when I fit them so we'll see if that helps. Good video
