I did your standing yoga videos daily during a five-month stretch staying in the hospital to nurse a severely ill family member. Thank you for all you do, and congratulations on starting this new phase in your life! Looking forward to seeing you back here in a bit, but whatever you decide to do, it will be good. 😊
Feeling tired during pregnancy is normal. I remember how walking short distances was all of a sudden harder. Give yourself time to be present in the moment and don't worry about your classes. Your students will be there for you when you are ready. Many blessings to you and your family.

Oh, I wish you and your family the absolute best!! I have 10 children myself, so I know EXACTLY how you feel!! Lol. I am so happy for you!! I've been coming here religiously for 3 almost 4 months now after gaining so much weight after my last pregnancy and with the pandemic I really let myself go and thought I would never be able to really move again with all the back pain and then knee pain and YOU SAVED ME!!!! I just wanted you to know that and how much I appreciate you!! I've lost almost 20lbs (it's a lot harder now in my older days lol) but mainly my pain is gone and I FEEL so much better, and I cannot thank you enough for that!!!! Please, PLEASE come back, but of course take all the time you need for your new wonderful bundle of joy!! Thank you for the update and I look forward to hearing/seeing more (I don't do much social media, 10 kids doesn't leave me much time to lol) so please I hope you update again here asap!! And again I just thank you thank you THANK YOU for all that you are and everything you do!! Much love, health and happiness to you and yours ✌️🫶☺️

Thank you for your videos. Since I started working as an accountant I don't have any time to do exercises and as a result I gained weight. Then I saw your videos in January 2023 about 10 minute yoga exercises and started exercising again. I always do your yoga poses 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes once I get home and 10 minutes before going to sleep. Now I spent 30 minutes everyday doing yoga. Thank you so much for changing my life

Hi Uliana! I have been doing yoga practice with you videos daily for the last 3 months. I really love your style, very thoughtful, gentle, structured. I have some sensory issues that normally make it difficult to follow instructors, and it's hard to find a right fit. It's the first time I was able to stick to a routine for 3 months.
