I have a question, when you train delts, i see like now you combine excercices for all delts parts, you do not train rear delts alone, and the side ones and then front delts...you do front, rear, sides, and then front again in last one. Why ? (I hope my question is clear lol)
Psychofitness21 when you do so, thzre is no problem with the blood cirulation ? Cause once a coach tod me do delts by order...fronts, sides and then rear... or rear, sides and fronts...don't mix for a good blood circulation. I guess he is wrong. Thanks Chris !
